On 11/15/21 we held the Duns Forum 100 senior executives in the construction and real estate industry
The forum, led by Doron Cohen, owner and chairman of Dun & Bradstreet, Ariel Schreiber and Efrat Segev and moderated by Adv. Dafna Shachar, host of the "Secrets of Real Estate" program, was held with the participation of the heads of the leading companies in Israel.
In the forum, we held a fascinating discussion on some of the key issues in the field, such as: Has the reduction of purchase tax brought investors back to the real estate market? A. 38, the next blow - the rise in interest rates and the difficulty of buying an apartment in the next decade and other issues.
