Forum of Senior Legal Professionals in the Real Estate and Urban Renewal Fields 2025

On Tuesday 11.2.25, we held the prestigious Duns 100 Forum, and for the first time, Duns 100 brought together senior legal professionals in the fields of real estate and urban renewal for an in-depth discussion of trends, challenges, and opportunities.

The forum was held at the Hilton Hotel in Tel Aviv, with the participation of the heads of the leading firms in the field in Israel, and was moderated by Attorney Dafna Shahar, a real estate expert, and with the participation of Rafi Elmaleh, Director General of the Planning Administration.

The forum was led by Ido Leder, VP of Sales, and alongside him was Sheila Zavro Weiss, Director of the Duns 100 Department at dun & bradstreet, who presented the current state of the industry and the most notable events in the field. Among other things, the forum covered hot topics in the industry, such as the effects of the Iron Sword War on the industry and the shortage of manpower, the impact of regulation on real estate transactions, legal implications for the Shaked Alternative Plan for TAMA 38, and more.

For the first time, an interactive survey was conducted among participants live, presenting interesting insights into the industry.
