Forum of senior legal professionals in the field of labor law 2022

On Monday, October 23, 2022, the annual Duns 100 forum of senior legal officials in the field of labor law was held at the Royal Beach Hotel in Tel Aviv, in the presence of Knesset member, Chairman of the Labor and Welfare Committee, Efrat Reiten, under the guidance of Baruch Kara, reporter and legal commentator of News 13 .

As part of the forum, the industry's senior officials dealt with and discussed issues on the professional agenda, including intern shifts, a hybrid work model, the "quiet resignation" phenomenon, the equal pay law for male and female workers, the amendment to the sick pay law, and more.

We held 3 precedent discussions, one of which was also with the European Union, which issued a report on the subject,In order to promote a world view that takes into account the profound changes in the employment market and the new status of the employees. Upon my return to the Knesset, I will work to continue promoting this important issue."
