On Sunday, November 20, 2022, we held the annual Duns 100 forum of senior officials of the urban renewal branch at the Harrods Herzliya Hotel, under the guidance of attorney Dafna Shahar, host of Real Estate Secrets.
As part of the forum, the senior executives of the industry dealt with and discussed issues on the professional agenda, among them the increase in housing prices and the steps the new government will need to take to address the housing crisis, the 20% decrease in new apartment sales compared to 2021, the increase in mortgages and the impact on the real estate world, and more.
