The company was established in 1987 by Eitan Beck, a certified engineer and the company’s Chief Engineer, one of the leading execution professionals in the field, with more than 45 years of experience managing and leading large-scale projects. In 2024, Eyal Eichental joined the company as a shareholder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board, bringing significant experience in the execution and management of high-density residential and infrastructure projects, alongside the delivery of prestigious projects throughout Israel. This combination of extensive engineering expertise and dynamic, forward-thinking leadership strengthens the company’s capabilities and positions it as a stable, professional, and leading execution contractor. Each project is managed by a dedicated team comprising a project manager, site engineer, and experienced site managers, while maintaining full control over schedules, strict budget oversight, and uncompromising quality management. The company is led by Eitan Beck and Eyal Eichental. Eitan Beck, founder and shareholder of the company, is a certified engineer and serves as the company’s Chief Engineer. He has more than 45 years of experience in construction and company management. Eyal Eichental, shareholder and Chairman of the Board, is a contractor with more than 15 years of experience in the execution and management of complex high-density residential and infrastructure projects.

20 Hatzfira St., Jerusalem – Two boutique buildings comprising 31 residential units.
27–29 Jabotinsky St., Givatayim – Project comprising 40 residential units above two parking levels.
3 Tabenkin St., Tel Aviv – Four-story boutique building comprising 7 residential units.
Jerusalem Educational Administration – The company was awarded a tender for the renovation of educational institutions in Jerusalem.
Bnei Brak Medical Center for Minrav Group – A 20-story tower serving as a medical treatment center and nursing home.

Construction, Finishing, and Development Works

Makor Chemicals Israel, Jerusalem – Establishing electrical rooms, labs, and safe rooms.
Sigma Chemicals Israel, Rehovot – Executing all finishing works on an area covering 4,500 sq.m. including offices and labs.
Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot – Constructing a new wing, structural alterations to the Wix Auditorium, and new office spaces for the Construction and Maintenance Division, including foundation and finishing works.
Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, Jerusalem – Building labs and animal facilities for the Hebrew University Faculty of Medicine. Including finishing works.
InterPharm, Ness Ziona – Construction of a main machine house, adding a technical services floor and roof preparation. The project included structural and finishing works.
Ashdod Oil Refinery – Annual concrete, piping, and development maintenance works.

Tambour Sherphon, Ashkelon – Expansion and construction of a new plant, including 11,000 sq.m. of construction and development works.
Meidar at the Station, Bnei Brak – Parking foundation works.
Shazar Tunnel, Jerusalem – Foundation works on Shaft H.
Giron Mall, Ashkelon – Conversion of parking lot into retail spaces, including deepening of the parking level and strengthening of its foundations in an area of 1,200 sq.m.; public area works and adaptation of approximately 4,800 sq.m. of shops; construction of a gallery and an additional steel roof floor, including demolition of an existing concrete roof over active retail spaces. This complex project was executed while the mall remained fully operational.

Baran – Finishing works for the company’s offices in Beit Dagan (approx. 4,000 sq.m.) and Omer (approx. 3,000 sq.m.).
Rad Binat Properties – Design and construction of offices in Jerusalem, Be’er Sheva, and Tel Aviv totaling approximately 9,000 sq.m.

Government Advertising Agency, Tel Aviv – Finishing works for a 1,300 sq.m. project.
