Adi Initiative and Construction is an experienced and leading real estate development company with expertise and proven successes in urban renewal projects, including NOP 38 and Evacuation-Building.
Adi Initiative and Construction was established in 2020 by three partners who bring decades of experience in construction, management, marketing, and finance.
The company leverages its multidisciplinary expertise to select and promote various projects carefully. As of today, the company is advancing six different projects in the center of the country, most of them in Petah Tikva, with the first of them launched in September 2024.

Company Management

Adi Initiative and Construction is led by the three partners Avi Zino, Amir Shashua, and Ofer Elkanar.
Avi, CEO, and owner of ADI Automotive Systems is a well-known real estate developer in Israel and abroad, having developed over a thousand housing units in Warsaw and Berlin.
He is also involved in residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Israel, overseeing marketing, sales, and finance within the company.

Amir, VP of Marketing, Sales and Business Development, has been involved in the field of urban renewal for over 15 years, initiating and promoting the construction of hundreds of housing units. He is responsible for customer service, ensuring the team meets all tenant needs with a personal touch and high availability.

Ofer, a civil engineer and the company’s general contractor. Ofer has about 25 years of experience managing and building thousands of housing units and residential neighborhoods throughout Israel. He is responsible for engineering feasibility assessments, sketches, and liaising with architectural offices.

Selected Projects

16 HaPortsim, Petah Tikva: A NOP 38/2 project (demolition and reconstruction) in construction. The company demolish an old building with 6 housing units and construct a modern 9-story building with 18 new housing units, including 3-4 room apartments and luxurious 3-room penthouses. The project is located on a quiet, central city street, ensuring excellent accessibility to all necessary urban services, major transportation routes, and light rail stations. The area attracts young couples and families looking to upgrade their living situation. The neighborhood features the established Ramat Verber community center, for the enjoyment of the residents.
4-6 Kadish Luz, Petah Tikva: A NOP 38/2 project where the company will demolish two old buildings with 24 housing units and replace them with two modern 9-story buildings with 72 new housing units. The project is nearing permit approval and is in the renewing Ramat Verber neighborhood, within walking distance of Jabotinsky St. and the train station, mall, and Petah Tikva’s Park. An inner and quiet location.
50-52, 56 Herzl, Petah Tikva: A NOP 38/2 project where the company will demolish three old buildings and replace them with three boutique buildings comprising 149 new housing units. The project is centrally located in the heart of the city, adjacent to Petah Tikva’s major commercial centers, and is in advanced planning stages.
31 Rothschild, Petah Tikva: A NOP 38/2 project where the company will demolish an old building and construct a luxurious 9-story building with 71 new housing units. It is located next to the train station, in the heart of the city’s large commercial center, and is in the advanced planning stages.
