Adv. Orit Asnin is one of Israel’s leading and most experienced mediators in civil, commercial, business and cross-border disputes.
For over 27 years, she has focused exclusively on mediation, conducting more than 6,000 mediations in Israel and internationally. Before dedicating her practice exclusively on mediation, she practiced commercial litigation.

Her clients include multinational corporations, public and private companies, government entities, local authorities, shareholders, business partners and family-owned businesses.

She mediates a broad range of disputes, including shareholder and partnership disputes, cross-border business conflicts, construction, infrastructure and real estate disputes, insolvency, high-tech, biotech, fintech, banking, insurance, digital assets, intellectual property, employment (including sexual harassment), class actions, defamation, inheritance disputes and family business conflicts.

Many of the disputes referred to her involve substantial financial exposure, multiple parties, significant public and media sensitivity, language and cultural differences and complex interpersonal challenges.

Her successful mediations include numerous highly complex disputes that had previously been considered impossible to resolve, including matters in which earlier mediation attempts had been unsuccessful.

She is engaged at every stage of the dispute lifecycle, from the earliest signs of tension between the parties, through every stage of legal proceedings, including appeals, and, in some cases, even after a final judgment has been issued.
She conducts mediations in both Hebrew and English, in person and online, in Israel and at locations around the world, as agreed with the parties.

Alongside her practice in Israel, Adv. Orit Asnin conducts international mediations and also serves as a Senior International Mediator on the SAGE Mediation Panel, Singapore.
