Projects Under Construction and Occupied Projects
9 Halatz, Holon: A strengthening and expansion project for a 4-story building with 16 old apartments. In the framework of this project, which started in 2015 and received a permit extremely quickly, the building’s external appearance was renewed, all of the infrastructures were replaced and each resident received a 14 sq.m. balcony and a security room. 12 new apartments were added to the building in 3 new floors. The project was completed and populated in 2018.
19 Arlozorov, Yahud: A strengthening and expansion project for a 4-story building with 16 old apartments. In the framework of this project, the building’s external appearance was renewed, all of the infrastructures were replaced and each resident received a 12 sq.m. balcony and a security room. 11 new apartments were added to the building in 3 new floors, all 5-room premium apartments. The project was completed and populated in 2020.
7 Halatz, Holon: A strengthening and expansion project in a building next to the Halatz 9 project. The project has identical features to the adjacent building that was completed. 12 new apartments were added in 3 new floors. The project was completed and populated in 2021.
11-13 HaMizpe, Ganei Tikva: A strengthening and expansion project for two 4-story buildings which are connected by a joint wall. In the framework of this project, the building’s external appearance was renewed, all of the infrastructures were replaced and each resident received a balcony and a security room. In total, 10 new apartments were added to each building – 4.5-room and 5-room apartments, and penthouses. A building permit was received in July 2020 and the project was populated successfully.
34-36 Remez St., Yahud-Monoson: A two-building project in Yahud Monoson that continues the company’s success in this area. The project will include the strengthening and expansion project of two 4-story buildings with 32 old apartments, to which 20 new apartments in 3 new floors will be added.

3-5 HaMizpe, Ganei Tikva: An additional project of the company in the street. A strengthening and expansion project for a 4-story building with 16 old apartments. In the framework of this project, the building’s external appearance will be renewed, all of the infrastructures will be replaced and each resident will receive a balcony and a security room. In total, 10 new apartments are planned in 3 new floors.
18-20-22 Ein Hanoch, Ganei Tikva: Another project in Ganei Tikva. A strengthening and expansion project for a 4-story building with 24 old apartments. In the framework of this project, the building’s external appearance will be renewed, all of the infrastructures will be replaced and each resident will receive a balcony and a security room. In total, 15 new apartments are planned in 3 new floors.
The Company’s Executive Management
Oshri Mankriz, Founder and CEO: Married and father of three, a lawyer by education and has a B.A., Business Administration. Founder and director of the company since 2012. Under his management, the company has specialized in the processes of urban renewal and elite construction. He believes a manager should be able to understand the business at all levels, including understanding the differences between diverse kinds of concrete as well as reading plans. According to him, reputation-building is a marathon, not a sprint.
Meir Levy, VP and Project Manager: Married and father of three, responsible for the residents’ relations from the planning and signing stage, throughout the entire construction phases, and the fulfillment of the residents’ needs to the delivery of the key at the end of the process.
The Company’s Vision
Over the next few years, the company aims to enter large high-density construction projects and also the Pinui-Binui field, to build and renew complete residential complexes.
