Group Management
Giora Almog – CEO of the Group’s companies – Giora has extensive experience in the initiation and construction of residential real estate projects and commercial real estate projects. In the past, Giora served as CEO of large development and contracting companies, including Afridar, where he acquired extensive professional experience in the establishment and accompaniment of projects. In addition, Giora holds two academic degrees in Business Administration and is a graduate of the National Security College, in addition to a series of trainings in the fields of finance and real estate in which he participated. Giora’s extensive professional experience constitutes an asset to Almog Psagot Group and its clients.
Amnon Eden – Chief Engineer of Almog Psagot – Amnon has extensive, diverse, and long-standing professional experience in large development and contracting companies. Amnon is a graduate of Civil Engineering studies from the Technion.

Almog Psagot Group is currently initiating and constructing a variety of projects in the central region in cities including Tel Aviv, Ramat Hasharon, Herzliya, Petah Tikva, Or Yehuda, and Jerusalem. Ma’apilei Egoz 38, Tel Aviv: TAMA 38/1 project, includes 14 existing apartments, addition of 10 new apartments, and construction of a robotic parking facility. The project is occupied.
Ma’apilei Egoz 40, Tel Aviv: TAMA 38/1 project, includes 24 existing apartments, addition of 18 new apartments, and construction of a robotic parking facility. The project is occupied.
Kehilat Brazil 6-8-10, Tel Aviv: Project includes 24 existing apartments and construction of 21 new apartments. The project is occupied.
HaGanenet 238, Gilo, Jerusalem: Pinui-binui project, includes evacuation of 65 apartments and 9 commercial units. In place of the existing structure, approximately 356 new apartments will be built in 3 towers, as well as commercial units totaling approximately 1,800 sq.m., The plan has been approved for deposit by the district committee. The project architect is Bitman – Ben Tzur Architects.
Pat Nikanor Junction, Jerusalem: Pinui-binui project with a total scope of approximately 21,000 sq.m., within which approximately 120 apartments will be built, a commercial floor, and 3 office floors. The plan has been approved for deposit by the district committee. The project architect is Bitman – Ben Tzur Architects.
Sokolov 41, Ramat HaSharon: TAMA 38/2 project, includes demolition of 12 apartments and 4 shops, and construction of 35 apartments, 4 shops, and 2 offices. A building permit has been received, the marketing stage has begun, and the construction stage will begin soon.
Sokolov 39, Ramat HaSharon: TAMA 38/2 project, includes demolition of 12 apartments, 6 shops, and an office, and construction of 35 apartments, 6 shops, and 3 offices. A building permit has been received with conditions, and the marketing and construction stages will begin soon.
Sokolov 14, Ramat HaSharon: TAMA 38/2 project, includes demolition of 12 apartments and construction of 35 apartments. A building permit has been received with conditions, and the marketing and construction stages will begin soon.
Ben Yehuda 20, Herzliya: Boutique TAMA 38/2 project, includes demolition of 4 apartments and construction of 17 apartments. A building permit has been received, the marketing stage has begun, and the construction stage will begin soon.
Professor Shor 2-20 Complex, Petah Tikva: Several TAMA 38/2 projects, planned in an integrated manner, including demolition of 68 apartments and construction of 224 apartments. The projects are in advanced planning stages, prior to submission to the committee for a building permit. The project architect is architect Uri Shalom from Stability.
Yitzhak Sade 78-80, Tel Aviv: TAMA 38/2 project, includes demolition of 12 apartments and construction of 32 apartments. The project is in planning and licensing stages, awaiting the local committee. The project architect is architect Uri Shalom from Stability.
Yehezkel Kazaz 26-36, Or Yehuda: Pinui-binui project, includes demolition of 48 apartments and construction of 217 apartments, as well as commercial units totaling approximately 1,400 sq.m., The project is in advanced planning stages and awaiting the local committee.
