Management Team

Giora Almog - Group CEO, Giora has extensive experience in the promotion and construction of residential and commercial real estate projects. In the past, Giora was the CEO of real estate promotion and contracting companies including Afridar and acquired vast experience in project promotion and management. Additionally, Giora holds two academic degrees in Business Administration and is a graduate of the National Security College. Additionally, he participated in courses relating to finance and real estate. Giora’s expertise and experience are an asset to the group and its clients.

Amnon Eden - Chief Engineer, Amnon holds extensive professional experience in large entrepreneurial companies and contractors. Amnon is a graduate of the Technion’s Civil Engineering studies. 

Projects

These days, the group is developing and constructing a range of projects in the Central region including in the cities of Tel Aviv, Ramat HaSharon, Herzliya, Petah Tikva, Haifa, and Jerusalem. The group’s projects are widely acclaimed in the media and have generated great interest from investors and Israeli families. Among its projects are:

38-40 Ma’Apilai Egoz St., Tel Aviv: The project includes 38 existing apartments and additional construction of 28 new apartments and a robotic parking lot. The project has been populated.

6-8-10 Kehilat Brazil St., Tel Aviv: The project includes 24 existing apartments and additional 21 new apartments. The project is pending population.

78-80 Yitzhak Sade St., Tel Aviv: NOP 38/2 project that includes the demolition of 12 apartments and the construction of 30 apartments. The project is in planning and licensing stages and waiting for the approval of the local committee. The architect is Arch. Uri Shalom of Stability.

238 HaGanenet St., Gilo, Jerusalem: An evacuation and construction project, that includes the evacuation of 65 apartments and 9 commercial units. Instead, 340 new apartments will be built in 3 towers, as well as commercial units on 1,800 sq.m. The project meets the terms of the urban building scheme at Municipality and the regional committee and is in advanced planning stages. The architect of the project is Bitman Ben Tzur Architects.

Pat Nikanor Junction, Jerusalem: NOP 38/2 project on an overall area of 21,000 sq.m., within which approx. 120 new apartments will be built, a commercial floor and 3 office floors. The project is in advanced planning stages for an urban building scheme based on the light rail urban building scheme. The architect of the project is Bitman Ben Tzur Architects.

41 Sokolov St., Ramat HaSharon: NOP 38/2 project that includes the demolition of 12 apartments and 4 stores, and the construction of 35 apartments, 4 stores, and 2 offices. The project will soon begin its marketing and construction.

39 Sokolov St., Ramat HaSharon: NOP 38/2 project that includes the demolition of 12 apartments, 6 stores and an office, and the construction of 35 apartments, 6 stores, and 3 offices. The project will soon begin its marketing and construction.

14 Sokolov St., Ramat HaSharon: NOP 38/2 project that includes the demolition of 12 apartments and the construction of 35 apartments. The project is in advanced planning and licensing stages and is waiting for the approval of the local committee.

20 Ben Yehuda St., Herzliya: NOP 38/2 project that includes the demolition of 4 apartments and the construction of 17 apartments. The project is has received its permits.

2-6, 8, 10, 12, 16, and 20 Prof. Shor Complex, Petah Tikva: Several NOP 38/2 projects which include the demolition of 68 apartments and the construction of 224 new apartments. The project is currently in advanced planning stages. The project’s architect is Arch. Uri Shalom of Stability.

26-36 Yehezkel Kazaz St., Or Yehuda: NOP 38/2 project, which includes the demolition of 48 apartments and the construction of 220 new ones. The project is currently waiting for the approval of the local committee. The project’s architect is Arch. Uri Shalom of Stability.
