About Amram Group
Amram Group is a leading real estate development company which has been active for more than 20 years (in various forms) in real estate development, property redevelopment and urban renewal in the city of Tel Aviv and its surroundings. The company’s executives have vast experience in locating and redeveloping properties with high redevelopment potential, rezoning, property management and development, planning and building residential projects and yielding properties. Over the years, the company has gained a vast reputation as an innovative and pioneering company which accelerated the renewed development of the area of south Tel Aviv, while restoring buildings and opening entertainment and culture venues.
Urban Renewal - Renewing Entire Areas
Over the past decade, the company has been focusing on urban renewal (Tama 38 and Pinui-Binui) and over these years it has initiated and built numerous successful projects to the satisfaction of its customers. Currently, Amram Group is at various stages of approvals, planning and execution of projects amounting to about 1,000 apartments, mainly in specific geographical areas such as the neighborhoods of Shapira and Neve Sha’anan in Tel Aviv, Central Ramat Gan and Tel Giborim in Holon. The company’s executives believe in a macro-strategic perspective that emphasizes real renewal of wide-spread areas, as opposed to limited renewal at the single building level. Such massive renewal leads to a true rejuvenation of the older neighborhoods and an increase in the living quality of all of the area’s residents.
Full Transparency Throughout the Entire Process
Amram Group’s customers benefit from high quality service which is provided to them by a reliable and professional company that meticulously meets its schedules and always remains available. The company provides full transparency to the customers, including, inter alia, a considerations table which is attached to the agreements that the company signs with the residents. This table details what consideration each of the project’s residents will receive, so that the residents have complete control throughout the entire project. This transparency is also expressed in the planning proceedings, which begin only after all of the building’s residents have been placed. This gradual process offers the residents planning flexibility in the selection of their apartments in the new building.
Multi-Disciplinary and Core Values
Amram Group’s growth and success stem, inter alia, from its human capital – an experienced, professional and multidisciplinary team, with expertise in a variety of real estate fields – finance, law, engineering, planning, construction, design, development and marketing. All of the team members work in full harmony thus maximizing and tapping into the full potential of each project. The work of this team is based on two major core values that the company champions – the location of the properties with high redevelopment potential and planning feasibility, and prioritizing the residents in all of the operations. The company sees the projects’ residents as journey partners and cooperates closely with them from the moment of meeting them and up to the population.
