30 Rothschild, Tel Aviv - New Residential Construction
30 Rothschild is the first residential tower built on Rothschild Boulevard, in the heart of vibrant Tel Aviv. The luxury tower, offering a spectacular panoramic view of the city and the sea, was designed and built to the highest standard. The tower was designed by leading architects Kolker Kolker Epstein, and extends to a height of 30 floors, including 72 elegant and modern boutique apartments. The tower offers a unique combination of advanced design, a strategic location and an exceptional living experience.

13 Tarsat, Tel Aviv - Building for Conservation
An exceptional conservation project on Tel Aviv’s Tarsat Boulevard. The building is located on a quiet street near Yaakov Garden, with the iconic HaBima complex, bustling with life and culture, opposite it. The unique project offers a combination of nostalgia and pastoralism with the lively pace of the cultural center and the environment. The special building designed by Uri Padan architects firm, specializing in complex projects in historical environments, accurately recreates the Bauhaus style, while rebuilding to the highest standard.

Arad Over the Sea - The Cereza, New York
A beautiful residential and commercial complex located in the northeastern part of Manhattan. The impressive tall building stands out in the unique urban landscape of the area, and is the only project of its kind to be renovated in the neighborhood. “The Cereza” is one of the most spectacular projects in the city, bringing the high standards and uncompromising quality of our company right to the heart of New York.

Urban Renewal – 10-12 Mikveh Israel, Holon
A highly prestigious project in the sought-after Agrobank neighborhood in northern Holon, and in a very close proximity to Tel Aviv. The luxurious buildings overlooking the beautiful open landscape of the picturesque Mikveh Israel Reserve. The project includes two 9-story buildings above a commercial floor, and is located near the future Green Line of the light rail. As a Tel Aviv-based entrepreneurial company, in collaboration with leading Tel Aviv architect Gidi Bar Orian, we are creating a sophisticated design project with first-class planning and execution quality.
