Arie Shilansky, Law Offices has a unique specialization in accidents of all types, including legal services to persons who were harmed physically and/or mentally in workplace accidents, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice and in other fields: falls on pavements, falls in public areas such as stairways, slipping on wet surfaces, schoolchildren injuries – also after school hours, sport accidents, pool and sea drowning, scalding water burns, summer camp accidents, falls from amusement park facilities, dog bites, and other matters.

In addition, the firm specializes in National Insurance claims, and provides a comprehensive umbrella of legal services to those who were physically and/or mentally harmed as a result of workplace accidents (including cases where the injury was caused on the way to or from the workplace), occupational diseases, microtraumas, severe illnesses that justify general disability pensions, representation of victims of hostilities (including the victims of the “Nova” party from October 7th) and salary pension following the liquidation of a company or bankruptcy of an employer, among other matters.

Some of the firm’s proven successes include: obtaining lifelong special services disability allowance amounting to NIS 4 million for a player of the National Wheelchair Basketball Team, compensation of NIS 1,700,000 to a rhythmic gymnastics coach following a road accident, and compensation of NIS 1,080,000 to an education student following a road accident.

Founder and Owner – Adv. Arie Shilansky

Adv. Arie Shilansky interned in the Tel Aviv Magistrate Court under two magistrates who specialize in tort cases, and founded the firm in 2011. In addition, Adv. Shilansky is a certified mediator, who graduated the mediation course of the “Neve Zedek Mediation Center.”

Adv Arie Shilansky, who personally handles every case, accompanies the victims for many years after the successful conclusion of the case that was entrusted to him. Adv. Arie Shilansky has accumulated deep knowledge and vast professional experience in the fields of bodily harm, National Insurance and medical malpractice, and he remains committed to enriching his professional knowledge and keeping up with the latest developments in his practice areas while remaining constantly abreast and actively participating in professional conferences, including the Israel Bar Association’s conferences and conferences of the Faculty of Medicine in the University of Tel Aviv, in his unique areas of practice.
