About Ariel Group Ltd. (R.E.L)

Ariel Group (R.E.L) plans, constructs, and improves real estate projects, finds and builds green energy projects, and exploits other investment opportunities. The group was founded over a decade ago by Tuvia Lewkowicz and Philip Goodman. Tuvia was (and still is) a serial entrepreneur while Philip, a Certified Public Accountant by training, was a veteran businessman in the United States. The two came together thanks to their common values and a sense of Zionism. Ariel Group is devoted to achieving the Zionist dream in all aspects, be it an investment, business, or social endeavor.

Group Divisions

Ariel Residential - Ariel Residential, the group’s real estate construction division, is responsible for initiating new construction projects . The division handles detailed planning, infrastructure construction, and project management to ensure quality standards are met. Currently, its construction volume is approximately 300 housing units per year.
Ariel Urban Renewal - the division that specializes in initiating and building urban renewal projects both in the center of the country and in the periphery. The division operates from Kiryat Shmona in the north to Be’er Sheva in the South. Currently, several projects are in advanced planning stages, some with approved master plans. The company is developing many Pinui-Binui projects, comprising over 10,000 new residential units in various stages of development.
Ariel Lands - the division that specializes in purchasing and improving land. This division acquires, registers, plans, licenses, and markets land for residence, commerce and industry.
Ariel Energy - this division specializes in initiation and investments in the energy field and makes investments in innovative technologies and projects in Israel and around the world. The division initiates a variety of energy projects in areas such as photovoltaic installations, storage, charging stations, energy supply, energy management, etc. The company also focuses on managing its customers’ energy inputs, emphasizing energy optimization and improving the emissions balance.

Prominent Rural Projects
• Alei HaZahav - a rural residential project of 100 residential units. This is an architecturally complex project located on the side of a mountain on the outskirts of the existing settlement. This project had unique challenges in planning, development, and construction.
• Peduel - a residential project of approx. 180 units in the settlement of Peduel in West Samaria.
• Metzad - a construction project to build a residential neighborhood for the ultra-orthodox sector with a scope of 800 residential units, in the settlement of Metzad, Gush Etzion.
• Efrat - a project of approx. 300 residential units in an urban area – under the local council of Efrat.
