Born and raised in Tel Aviv’s Hatikva neighborhood, Adv. Saraf operated a legal consulting clinic there at the beginning of his career. This life experience shaped his unique ability to navigate complex legal and media crises, as reflected in high-profile cases such as the widely publicized IVF Embryo Mix-Up Case. In this matter, Adv. Saraf represented the non-biological parents of a baby born as a result of in vitro fertilization in a claim against Assuta Medical Centers.
