Atidor Group

Atidor Group (formerly Chelek and Nachala) is a leading development and execution group that was established in 2013 by its Founder and CEO Jacob kolitz, former mayor of Bnei Brak.

During its first years of operation, the group focused on residential projects in Israel and bettering lands and lots in Israel and the U.S. Over time, the group transitioned into development and execution, the areas it exclusively handles today, with an emphasis on urban renewal (NOP 38 as well as evacuation and reconstruction).

Alongside kolitz, the group’s management team includes Itzhak Pilts, CEO of the subsidiary Adir 360 Bone Yarok, which is the group’s executive arm, as well as real estate experts Elazar Yudkevitch and Binyamin Meltzer, tenured urban renewal professionals with an extensive project track-record under their belt. To date, the company has delivered about 500 residential units in various projects. These days, it is executing about 250 residential units with an additional 600 new apartments (spread across 10 different projects) are already on the planning table.

Atidor Executive 360 Bone Yarok

A subsidiary that constitutes the group’s executive arm. It holds a C1 contractor classification (C2 classification pending), it constructs the company’s projects, and provides quality execution services for external companies. Atidor Executive 360 has vast experience under its belt with a track record of executing various projects throughout the country, including in the cities of Bnei Brak, Haifa, Ramat Gan, Jerusalem, Petah Tikva, Hadera, and more. The company is headed by partner Itzik Filtz, an accomplished civil engineer, considered to be the contractor with the largest number of projects (simultaneously executed) in the city of Bnei Brak.
Adir 360 is at the group’s disposal at any time, which provides customers with peace of mind, knowing that everything they need can be taken care of under one roof. Atidor Executive 360 is also known for its quick execution rate as well as the fact that during the Sword of Iron war it managed to gather the personnel required to carry out its obligations to term.

Prominent Projects

Tel Zion Neighborhood, Kokhav Yaakov – The group’s flagship project, during which 25 boutique buildings were constructed, with about 450 residential units with a lavish spec. The project was carried out in collaboration with the Amana Homes and S.A.G. Velvel. In addition to the residential homes, the company also built a green and pastoral park, synagogues, and public buildings for the benefit of the community. The project was successfully populated.
Jabotinsky, Hadera – A large evacuation and reconstruction project, during which the company will demolish a residential complex with three old buildings with 42 apartments and will construct modern residential towers with 250 residential units and commercial areas in their place. The project is in planning stages.
5-7 Hanna Project, Jerusalem – An exceptional luxury project in the heart of one of Jerusalem’s most sought-after and prestigious neighborhoods. The project will include the demolition of 4 old, outdated buildings and replace them with an exclusive residential complex, characterized by elite architectural design, meticulous construction standards, and an elegant urban living experience that combines quality, comfort, and uncompromising aesthetics. The project sets a new standard for excellence and luxury within Jerusalem’s urban-renewal industry (in collaboration with Urbana).
