Adv. Ofer Attias, Founding Partner
Adv. Attias is the firm’s founder and the headof its civil-commercial litigation department. Ofer has over four decades of experience and is considered one of the top litigators in Israel. Adv. Attias instilled the firm with values of fairness, professional expertise, availability, and the obligation to represent clients with loyalty and transparency. Maintaining these core values characterizes the entire staff, who take pride in their dedication. Adv. Attias served for approximatly 15 years as the Head of the Haifa District Disciplinary Court and as the Chairman of the court’s presidency. For his numerous legal achievements and public service, he was awarded the “Honored Professional Award” by the Israeli Bar Association and the “Honored District Award” by the Haifa District Bar Association.
Adv. Ofer Grauer, Partner
Adv. Grauer heads the firm’s Real estate, Real estate taxation, and Urban renewal department as well as the firm’s taxation field. Adv. Grauer has vast expertise and experience in several civil-commercial areas, which he accumulated over 30 years of legal activities. Adv. Grauer is considered a prominent figure in the field of real estate and urban renewal, he has handled large and complex projects and transactions in addition tocombination deals.
Adv. Yehuda Vishnitzky, Partner
Adv. Vishnitzky heads the Cooperative societies and rural settlements department as well as the real estate department (alongside Adv. Grauer). Additionally, he manages the firm’s Tel Aviv Office. Thanks to the 30 years of experience Adv. Vishnitzky has acquired in representing clients before the various authorities, he is considered to be one of Israel’s top lawyers in the field of cooperative societies and rural settlements as well as in the field of rural and urban real estate. Due to his extensive expertise in these fields, Yehuda was appointed as a member of the Advisory Council to the Minister of Agriculture on matters related to cooperative societies. Additionally, he serves as an arbitrator appointed by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies in disputes resolved through arbitration according to the Cooperative Societies Ordinance.

Adv. Inbar heads the planning and zoning department as well as the civil-commercial department (Alongside Adv. Attias). Adv.
