About Avi Rahamim Group
Avi Rahamim Group is a family-owned real estate company that has been engaged in development and construction for more than three decades. The company holds a G5 contractor classification. The company is headed by Chairman and Owner Avi Rahamim, alongside his two sons: Yoed Rahamim, CPA, Vice President of Business Development, and Adiel Rahamim, Vice President of Execution. Avi Rahamim acquired his extensive construction expertise from his family and his late father, Yaakov Rahamim, over many years. In the early 1990s, Avi Rahamim founded the company, and since then it has initiated and executed dozens of projects throughout Israel, with a particular focus on Haifa and Jerusalem.
Personal Service & Agile Decision-Making
As a family-owned company, Avi Rahamim Group provides its clients with boutique, personal, and dedicated service despite its scale and the extensive range of projects it develops and executes simultaneously. This structure enables efficient decision-making and the rapid advancement of activities in direct response to needs arising from the field and from residents. Most projects are developed and executed exclusively by the company, while select projects are promoted through collaborations with leading construction companies.
ONE STOP SHOP
The company operates under a dual model, serving both as a real estate developer and as a construction company with a G5 contractor classification.
This combination makes Avi Rahamim Group a ONE STOP SHOP for its clients, as all planning, execution, marketing, and delivery processes are conducted under one roof. This enables accurate and efficient responses while providing residents with peace of mind, knowing that the team with whom they sign the agreement is the same team that will accompany the project throughout its entire lifecycle.
Financial Strength & Banking Relationships
The combination of development and execution capabilities, alongside extensive experience and proven success, provides the company with enhanced credibility within the banking system, which supplies the guarantees required for every project it develops and constructs. The company has been accompanied for many years by Bank Hapoalim and Bank Leumi, and its financial operations are managed conservatively, without leverage and without exposure to high-risk levels.
Customer-Centric Approach
Avi Rahamim Group treats every client with the utmost respect and maintains open, direct communication. The company is committed to the values of reliability and transparency and provides full accessibility and availability to every client. In fact, every resident receives the personal phone number of the group’s managers, an exceptional practice in the construction industry. Moreover, the company accompanies its clients for years, often even beyond the statutory warranty periods required by law. As part of its customer-focused approach, the group provides clients with access to the services of a professional interior designer, enabling every resident to design their dream apartment within the applicable engineering possibilities.
