About Avi Rahamim Group
Avi Rahamim Group is a family-owned real estate company which has been active in construction and development for more than 3 decades. The company is headed by its chairman and owner Avi Rahamim, accompanied by his two sons: Yoad Rahamim, CPA, VP of Business Development, and Adiel Rahamim, the VP of Execution. The company’s owner, Mr. Avi Rahamim, absorbed his comprehensive knowledge in the field of construction from his family and from his father, the late Yacov Rahamim, over the course of several decades. In the early 1990s, Avi Rahamim has founded the company, and ever since it has been developing and building dozens of projects across Israel, with an emphasis on the cities of Haifa and Jerusalem.
Devoted Service, Fast and Effective Decision-making
As a family-owned company, Avi Rahamim Group is able to provide its customers with a devoted boutique service, despite its size and the broad scope of projects that it executes and promotes simultaneously. This also enables the company to make decisions effectively and take action quickly to provide a prompt response to the needs that arise from the field and the residents. The company promotes and executes most of its projects exclusively, while some of them are promoted in the framework of cooperations with leading construction companies.
One Stop Shop
The company plays two roles – both as a development company and as an execution company with a contractor classification in the construction industry.
This combination turns the company into a one-stop-shop for its customers, since all of the planning, execution, marketing and delivery processes are executed under one roof with an accurate and fast response to the customers. This provides the residents with peace of mind knowing that the team they signed the contract with is also the team with which the project would continue throughout the entire journey.
Financial Strength and Trust Relations with Good Banking Relationships
The combination of development and execution, along with the vast experience and the track record of proven successes, provides the company with an increased level of reliability in its dealings with the banking system, which provides the residents with the required guarantees in every project that the company builds. And indeed, the company has been receiving bank financing for many years from the largest banks in Israel, Bank Poalim and Bank Leumi, and its financial conduct is conservative, without leveraging and exposure to high levels of risk.
A Customer-Centric Approach
Avi Rahamim Group treats each and every customer in the most respectful way at eye level. The company champions the values of reliability and transparency and is fully accessible and available to any customer, and in fact each of the residents receives the personal phone number of the group’s executives, an unusual practice in the construction industry.
Furthermore, the company accompanies its customers throughout all of the years, and in many cases also after the post-construction checkup years which are required by law. As part of its customer-centric approach, the group offers the customers the option of using the services of a professional interior designer, so that every resident can design their dream apartment, subject to engineering limitations.
