Experience Since 1963

Aviv Urban was founded in 2014 by Erez Aviv, a third-generation member of one of Israel’s longest-standing real estate families, the Aviv Family, and its operations represent a continuation of the Aviv Family’s enduring legacy in the industry. The group was founded in 1963 by the head of the family, the late Moshe Aviv, and over the years it played a major part in the development and construction of iconic residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in Israel and abroad. Among other project, the company was entrusted with national infrastructure projects.

The Company’s Owner

Erez Aviv, CEO and Owner – the founder and manager of the company. Erez leverages the vast knowledge and resources that Aviv Group accumulated and implements them in the development processes.
He holds a B.A., Business Administration, Finance and Financial Risk Management from Reichmann University and a Master of Real Estate (M.R.E) degree from the Technion. He also graduated the screenwriting program of the Sam Spiegel Film School.
Doron Aviv, Owner – Doron is the chairperson of Aviv Group, which develops, plans and builds large-scale real-estate projects in the residential, office, commerce and infrastructure segments in Israel and abroad. He holds a B.Sc., Civil Engineering (magna cum laude) from the Technion.

Notable Projects

Maoz Aviv, Tel Aviv – A unique Pinui-Binui and the company’s flagship project. The project is planned at a high standard of construction and covers an enormous area of 12.5 dunams in the neighborhood of Green Maoz Aviv, one of Tel Aviv’s most prestigious and sought-after locations. The project would include the eviction and demolition of 96 apartments and the reconstruction of 255 residential and commercial units in three buildings and a tower. The project preserves the unique character of the neighborhood in this green area of Tel Aviv.

11-13 Hafetz Haim, Tel Aviv – a renewal project in the sought-after Nachalat Yitzhak neighborhood. The company is developing two spectacular 10-story buildings with 65 apartments.

Ben Gurion Brener, Herzliya – A unique renewal project next to the future metro station of the Young Herzliya neighborhood.

Bnei Efraim, Tel Aviv – a renewal project in the Maoz Aviv B neighborhood, on an area of 4.5 dunams.
