Barak Real Estate is a leading and growing investment group, which began its activity as a finance and investment for real estate projects – classic construction, combination transactions, urban renewal, and yielding real estate projects. A Designated Solution for Urban Renewal (Pinui-Binui) from Early Stages up to Maturation

The company provides evacuation-reconstruction (Pinui-Binui) developers with solutions in the early stages of the project, starting from the formation of the complex or the notice of project award. With the understanding that success in urban renewal is built over time, the company combines early-stage financial support with professional managerial capabilities that assist in advancing the project (planning, coordination, control, and marketing strategy), in accordance with the nature of the developer and the project. Mr. Barak Hass, the company’s founder and CEO, comes from the financial world. He served as the CFO of Rimon (an internet company for the religious sector) and even served as its director. In 2011 he started his first company – Barak Consulting and Investments, which assists thousands of customers each year to improve their financial position in the fields of mortgage, finances, pension, and more. The company provides services and support to many customers and is constantly growing. His second and more dominant company, Barak Real Estate, was established 9 years ago to provide investment solutions for families and private individuals looking for lucrative investment opportunities in real estate. Over the years, and particularly in recent times, Barak Real Estate expanded its activity from the worlds of financing and investment into entrepreneurial real estate: project management, planning and engineering, process advancement, and marketing support - as part of a philosophy of “ownership/responsibility” for the outcome, not only for the financing.
