Barak Real Estate is a leading and growing real estate investment company which offers finance for real estate projects – traditional construction, asset-swap (“combination”) transaction, government price capped projects, urban renewal etc., and also for yielding properties projects. In the residential field, the company serves as a financial partner in numerous projects across Israel, including in Yafo, Rosh HaAyin, Haifa and the town of Migdal. The company returned to the yielding properties field in 2018, and acquired, together with its business partners, several neighborhood commercial centers. Currently, the group has holdings of about 15,000 sq.m. of commerce areas across Israel, and another 25,000 sq.m. of commerce areas under construction, including in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Nof HaGalil, Be’er Sheva, Or Yehuda, Mazkeret Batia, Haifa, Petach Tikva and Beit Shemesh (the Har Tov Industrial Zone). The company’s sources of funding include its own equity and fundraising from private investors. To date, the company extended finance in an aggregated sum of about NIS 400M and it usually enters the projects as a 50% partner. The company invests in projects across Israel and avoids risky financial adventures.

Barak Real Estate has accumulated knowledge from more than 60 projects, offering it a macro-perspective of the real estate market – with its challenges and characteristics. A Dedicated Solution for Pinui-Binui Developers
The company takes care to offer Pinui-Binui (clear and build) finance solutions during the early stages of the project, starting from the stage of bringing the complex together or winning the public tender. In order to financially hedge itself, the company extends such early finance in tandem with finance for more advanced projects of the same developer. Furthermore, the company’s finance enables up and coming Pinui-Binui entrepreneurs to find their own personal path instead of being swallowed up by large real estate companies.

Barak Hass, the company’s founder, arrives from the financial world. He served as the CFO of Internet Rimon (which targets the religious public) and also served as one of its directors. In 2011, he founded his first company – Barak Consulting and Investments, which assists thousands of satisfied customers every year to improve their financial situation in the fields of mortgages, finance, pensions and more. The second, more dominant, company, Barak Real Estate, was founded about 7 years ago with the aim of offering investment solutions for families and individuals seeking profitable investment channels.
