Adv. Jacob Battash, Founder and Owner
Adv. Battash is the head of the firm and leads its litigation field. He has been a member of the Bar Association since 2004, and is considered an experienced and respected litigator who receives high marks from his colleagues in the industry.

Adv. Battash has in-depth expertise in commercial and economic litigation, including the management of class actions, representation in shareholder and partner disputes, representation in deprivation claims, claims against directors and shareholders, complex commercial claims, etc.

Attorney Battash also has extensive experience in the field of Commercial and Corporate Law and advises his clients in diverse areas, including conducting transactions, drafting agreements, etc. He serves as an arbitrator on behalf of the Bar Association’s Arbitration Institute and served for over a decade as a disciplinary arbitrator on behalf of the Tel Aviv District Committee of the Bar Association. In terms of his education, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Law from Reichman University (LL.B) and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in finance, from Reichman University (B.A.).
As a lieutenant colonel in the reserves, he commands a military unit.

Adv. David Sternfeld, Partner
Attorney Sternfeld has been engaged for over 35 years in business rehabilitation (companies/self-employed), in preparing and transferring creditor arrangements for individuals and companies, and leads the firm’s insolvency field.

He has extensive experience and expertise in business rehabilitation and obtaining creditor consent for court-sponsored creditor arrangements as well as non-court-sponsored arrangements. He has a lot of experience in obtaining optimal arrangements for debtors.
He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Law and Business Administration from Reichman University (L.L.B, B.A) and a master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in taxes (M.B.T) from the College of Management.

Adv. Yonatan Avishar, Partner
Adv. Avishar has proven experience managing complex legal proceedings in extensive areas such as real estate transactions, security exports, crypto-currencies, gaming, banking, fraud, and embezzlement.
