Areas of expertise
Litigation: The firm manages complex legal proceedings in the Labor and Civil Courts. It represents clients in all proceedings (civil, administrative, and criminal), including financial claims, injunctions, class actions, collective disputes, etc. Furthermore, the firm handles claims of complex occupational harassment, prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace, equal rights, defamation, and privacy protection.
Mediation and dispute resolution: The firm’s team represents clients during mediation proceedings in and out of the Labor Court as well as during arbitration and negotiation procedures.
Employer consultation: Providing ongoing consultation and support to management teams as well as payroll and human resources departments in companies and organizations on various matters, such as employment rights and obligations, employment agreements, regulations, policy documents, procedures and enforcement plans, women’s employmentwork, privacy, data protection, preservation and security of the employer’s property, and more. Additionally, the firm provides support and consultation during termination proceedings; it also teaches, lectures, and assists in managing outsourced suppliers and contractors.
Regulation, enforcement, and eepresentation: The firm represents its clients before all tribunals, including the Director of Regulation and Enforcement, the Commissioner of Women’s Labor, the Employment Committee at the Ministry of Defense, disciplinary tribunals, medical committees of government ministries and the Compensation Officer, proceedings in specialized courts, and more.
Consultation and representation of senior officials: The firm represents and consults during recruitment procedures, reviewing employment agreements and executive compensation plans, employment termination and retirement procedures, disciplinary procedures, administrative and criminal procedures within the responsibility of senior position holders, and in any matter related to the areas of senior officials’ employment.
Collective labor law: This includes representation of committees, initial organization, collective disputes, representation before the Labor Relations Supervisor at the Ministry of Labor, representation before the Histadrut, negotiations, and drafting of collective agreements, etc.

Adv. Shay Ben-Natan - Adv. Ben-Natan is the firm’s founder and a senior lawyer with over 20 years of proven experience and expertise in labor and employment law, and labor relations. Adv. Ben-Natan started his career as the Head of the Legal Department for a holdings company that specializes in the services field. There he learned the craft and its secrets in the finest detail, including all the subtleties involved in managing thousands of employees. Later, and for more than 15 years, Adv. Ben-Natan managed labor law departments in several leading firms, which have been regularly ranked in leading Israeli and international ranking guides, as both partner and department head.
Adv. Ben-Natan maintains a profound understanding of the employment market as well as vast experience in supporting, representing, and counselling in the field, including in complex litigation proceedings – civil, administrative, and criminal. Over the years, Adv. Ben-Natan has counselled an extensive range of clients, local and international, public and private companies, cooperative associations, municipalities, municipal corporations, associations, and NPOs in various business activities including high-tech and technology, industry, medicine, education, restaurants and catering, retail, services, marketing, food production and more. He is considered a creative lawyer with an extensive record of representing before all labor courts, civil courts, and the supreme court, as well as in disciplinary, administrative, and criminal proceedings vs. the Ministry of Labor, the Commissioner of Women’s Labor, the Employment Committee at the Ministry of Defense, and in alternative dispute resolution tribunals (ADR) during mediation and arbitration proceedings. Adv. Ben-Natan holds an LL.B. and a B.A. in Business Administration from Reichman University as well as an LL.M. from Tel Aviv University, specializing in Commercial Law from the international program in collaboration with the University of California, and is a member of the Labor Law and Social Security Association.
Adv. Noam Shok - Adv. Shok leads the firm’s complex litigation field. He holds vast experience and knowledge in managing litigation proceedings in labor courts and in various civil courts, as well as in providing legal counsel to companies and executives on all aspects of personal and collective labor and employment laws.
Adv. Shok holds unique expertise in proceedings involving the recognition of employer-employee relations, occupational harassment, class actions, prohibition of discrimination, and more. Additionally, Adv. Shok accompanies and counsels workers’ committees, including in the initial organizing stages and during collective disputes. Before joining the firm, he resided for over a decade as a judicial assistant both in the Jerusalem Regional Labor Court and in the National Labor Court, including serving for over seven years as the senior judicial assistant to the honorable president of the National Labor Court, Judge Varda Wirth Livne.
Adv. Shok holds an LL.B. and an LL.M. with honors, a B.A. in Education with honors, and is a certified mediator from Bar Ilan University.
