Ben David – Amit Law Firm was founded in 2003 and offers a wide array of legal services in the civil-commercial field, including real estate, IP and internet law, commercial litigation and defamation lawsuits and privacy protection. The firm also provides notary services. The firm maintains vast experience regarding representation of clients from Israel and abroad, including legal accompaniment abroad.

Real Estate, Planning and Construction - The firm’s team provides services for executing and facilitating real estate transaction starting from the stage of locating the property and outlining the right tax strategy, through the execution of the actual acquisition or sale and up to the registration of the property, including the registration of multioccupancy houses. The firm also provides representation in real estate proceedings of all types including eviction, expropriation, enforcement and cancelation of sale agreements and injunctions and representation at appeal committees. The firm represents private clients alongside with construction development and contracting companies etc.
Defamation and Privacy Protection Lawsuits - Representation of clients in the courts in legal proceedings in this practice area and in legal proceedings in this practice area and in the legislation proceedings of the amendment to the Defamation Prohibition Law concerning absolute immunity.
Intellectual Property - The firm’s team offers services for the registration of trademarks, hearings before the Trademark Registrar (whether if as objectors or as the registration applicants), drafting various copyright licensing contracts regarding copyrights including, representation in matters of license to use copyrights, representation in registration and protection of samples, legal proceedings including applications for injunction, protection of designs and more.
Commercial Litigation - Comprehensive legal representation including in drafting public tenders for companies, drafting employment and rental agreements, drafting and accompanying M&A contracts, formulating company incorporation articles and more.

Adv. Ifat Ben David – Amit
Adv. Ifat Ben David – Amit is an experienced jurist with more than 20 years of experience. Before founding her own firm, she worked as an associated in a law firm that specialized in intellectual property, where she represented figures from the entertainment field. By education, she has an LL.B. from Hertfordshire University in the UK and an LL.M. with a specialization in civil commercial law from Tel Aviv University. She interned with Judge Meir Ifrah in the Tel Aviv Magistrate Court. She is considered to be a popular lecturer in the Israel Bar Association, particularly in the field of sale transactions, and was recently appointed as V. President of the Disciplinary Court of the Israel Bar Association in the Tel Aviv District. She also serves as a mediator and an arbitrator.
Precedents
A Precedent Regarding Invasion of Privacy - Adel Bespalov vs. Mako Celebs - The firm represented the celebrity Bespalov in a lawsuit that she filed against the website Mako Celebs. In the framework of the proceeding, the firm achieved a legal precedent that ruled that the pregnancy of celebrities can’t be published despite the apparent fact that as celebrities their lives are exposed to the public eye. The verdict was that Mako would pay a compensation and legal fees amounting to 70,000 NIS.
A Precedent Regarding a Denied Request to Seize the Instagram Account and Denied Appeal and a Ruling that an Instagram Account Is Not an Asset Liable to Seizing in the Matter of Children’s Star Shiran Sandal - Rejecting an application for seizing the Instagram account and ruling that it is exempt from seizure and determining that it is not an asset liable to seizing.
Canceling the Blocking of Instagram Account Due to Claims of Impersonation or False Reporting - The firm represented a client whose Instagram page was blocked due to false reports of impersonation. The firm sent a clarification letter to META (Facebook) by analogy to the case of seizing the property of a non-debtor and their account was foreclosed. As a result of the firm’s action, the client’s Instagram page was restored and returned to operate normally.
A Ruling in the Supreme Court Regarding Hadran Tickets vs. Maccabi Netanya - The firm represented the company of Hadran Tickets in an arbitration with the claim that the team of Maccabi Netanya unilaterally terminated their contract. The arbitrator presented a question to the court, known as a “problem” whether it is an “advice problem” or a “rule problem” within the framework of this procedure a ruling was set, according to which whether it is an “advice problem” or a “rule problem”, the possibility to appeal is similar.
A Precedent in Regional Court, Income Tax Appeal Ateret HaZahav – Assessing Officer Ashkelon - A precedent regarding the manner of proving debt forgiveness as opposed to bad debt.
