Adv. Yoav Ben Porat

Adv. Ben Porat holds an LL.B. from the College of Management Academic Studies and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2002. He accumulated approximately 23 years of professional experience at Eitan S. Arzi & Co. Law Offices, managing complex litigation files and some of Israel’s largest insolvency proceedings, including the liquidation case of the Or City Real Estate Group. He has also served as liquidator of leading retail chains and companies such as Amika, Discreet, Weight Watchers Israel, and the airline Transaero. He has particular expertise in the rehabilitation and liquidation of non-profit organizations and sports clubs such as Hapoel Ness Ziona and Hakoach Maccabi Amidar Ramat Gan.
Adv. Ben Porat is also active in the public sphere, including as a member of the General Assembly of the Kav LaChaim Association, an Israeli aid organization for patients, and previously served on the Sports and Defamation Committees of the Israel Bar Association.

Adv. Yoav Raz

Adv. Raz holds an LL.B. from the College of Management Academic Studies (2010) and an LL.M. in Financial Law with a specialization in capital markets from the same institution (2012). He specializes in insolvency proceedings and complex civil litigation, representing clients from Israel and abroad before various judicial forums, including the Supreme Court and the High Court of Justice, as well as before the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, the Enforcement and Collection Authority, and arbitration and mediation proceedings.
He also specializes in legal operations abroad and offshore companies. Adv. Raz is a graduate of mediation training and practicum at the Neve Tzedek Center, is included in the database of corporate office holders in the Tel Aviv District, and serves as a court-appointed officer responsible for the operation of companies in nationwide insolvency proceedings. He also serves as a member of the Insolvency Committees of the Israel Bar Association in the Tel Aviv District.
