Adv. and Notary Oren Ben Yair, Managing Partner
Adv. and Notary Oren Ben Yair is the firm’s managing partner and head of the Litigation Department. Adv. Ben Yair specializes in commercial litigation and legal counsel in the business-commercial field, and is active mainly in providing legal and business assistance to Israeli companies and businesses in Israel and globally. In this framework, he drafts for them various agreements, provides ongoing counsel on matters of labor law, manages monetary lawsuits and helps solve crises between shareholders and partners. He has an LL.B. from Cardiff University and an LL.M. from Bar Ilan University and was admitted into the Israel Bar Association in 1999. In addition, he serves as Chairperson of the Board of the public company Opal Balance, as a Judge in the Tel Aviv District Disciplinary Court of the Israel Bar Association. He is also one of the recommended arbitrators on behalf of the Israel Bar Association.
Adv. Guy Wagner, Partner
Adv. Wagner is a senior partner of the firm and heads in Execution and Debt Enforcement Department. Adv. Wagner has expertise and vast experience in litigation, deeds law and debt enforcement and recorded numerous achievements and precedents in the field of deeds law, and serves as deputy in the Israel Bar Association’s Execution Forum. Furthermore, he served, until 2013, as the public representative in an appeal committee under the Local Authorities Law (Sewage). By education he has an LL.M. from Bar Ilan University and was admitted to the bar in 2001.
Adv. Shmulik Reznik, Partner
Adv. Reznik is a partner of the firm and he specializes in civil commercial law, counseling and accompanying companies and providing ongoing legal-business consulting. Adv. Reznik is a second-generation lawyer and has an LL.B. from the University of Leicester in England. He is considered to be an authority in legal counsel to clubs, bars and restaurants and has been accompanying many such businesses since their establishment. He was admitted into the Israel Bar Association in 1997.
