Ben Zur Group is a real estate development and construction company operating in the field of urban renewal in central Israel. Our mission is to improve the life of our customers by creating sustainable and quality development projects. The combination of our 3-generation building tradition and the execution of green building at a higher standard, enables us to provide an excellent quality of life that is considerate to environment and the next generations. The company’s projects are carefully planned and designed in accordance with customer’s needs, to provide maximum functionality and value. The company’s staff manages closely the entire processes in each project and escorts their customers from the first meeting until the receipt of the key.

Company Management
Omer Ben Zur – Owner and CEO - Omer is a registered building contractor and a real estate developer with vast experience in all aspects of real estate development and construction. Previously, Omer specialized in financing, acquisition and betterment of real estate in the United States. Holds an M.B.A degree (with honors) in Business Administration from UCLA, and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University and a practical engineering degree from Shenkar college. Certified as a foreman and green building counselor.
Lev Korabelnikov - Vice President, Construction - Lev is in charge of managing the company’s construction sites. With 30 years of experience in construction, Lev has led a wide range of projects, while specializing in luxury residence and high-density construction. Lev is a certified civil engineer and foreman.

The project was certified in green building upon the company’s decision, and without request by authorities, in two-star level.

The project was done in green building upon the company’s decision, and without request by authorities.
