Adv. Nissim Ben Haim, Founder and Managing Partner
Adv. Ben Haim combines expertise in commercial and civil litigation with a deep business and managerial background. He leads the commercial litigation at the firm, and among his clients are prominent business figures and leading companies in the Israeli economy. PreviouslyPreviously, he held senior management positions and served on the boards of directors of technology and communications companies, affording him a unique perspective in managing business disputes and cases requiring technological knowledge. Prior to founding the firm, he accumulated extensive experience in commercial law at a leading law firm. He trained under Hon. Justice (ret.) Yigal Plitman, President of the National Labor Court.
Adv. Neria Bar-On, Partner
Adv. Bar-On specializes in civil litigation and white-collar and economic offenses. His professional advantage lies, among other things, in being a licensed real estate appraiser — a combination that enables him to provide exceptional professional support in real estate transactions and complex real estate disputes.
