Berger Group

The “Berger” Group is a real estate development and initiation group that specializes in building residential units as part of urban renewal projects, “Mechir La’Mishtaken” Program, and as part of real estate development projects that include land acquisition, development and sales of the apartment on the free market. The Group was established in 2004 and in its first years of operation was engaged in real estate development and promotion of real estate projects in the urban building schemes. In 2011 the Group began to manage purchasing groups and in 2018 it started to operate in the field of construction initiation. To date, the Group has managed projects and construction of more than 1,500 housing units throughout the country. The company has engraved the slogan “living in good company” on its banner, a slogan which expresses the Group’s boutique and dedicated service along an uncompromising construction quality.

The Human Capital

The Group’s Founder and Owner, Avraham Berger, is a veteran real estate developer with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate business. Avraham leads the company to meet all the goals it has set for itself, with determination and strength. The company has 15 staff members divided into 4 divisions: Management and Customer Relations, Marketing and Finance, Engineering Management and Supervision, and Urban Renewal. The staff works tirelessly to promote and execute the projects flawlessly, resulting in the company having a broad and proven portfolio of completed and populated projects with satisfied customers.

Prominent Projects

Agamim Life, Ashkelon: The project is located in the Agamim neighborhood in Ashkelon and has 7 buildings that include 68 housing units of 4 rooms or more. The project is located next to a unique and spacious green park and has been completed and populated.
Pninat Ha’Reches, Tzur Hadassah: A project located in the Sansen neighborhood in Tzur Hadassah that includes 4 buildings and 10 cottages of 78 housing units in total, each with a sun terrace and adjacent parking. The project combines saturated construction alongside ground-level apartments and is surrounded by an urban environment immersed in greenery and spectacular mountain scenery; the project was completed and populated.
Har Ha’Melech B, Beit Shemesh: This project is located in the Ramat Beit Shemesh C-2 neighborhood as well and has 7 buildings that include 122 residential units with large Sukkah balconies and expansion options. The project was carefully planned while dealing with complex terrain (including burial caves and rocky areas) and finding many architectural and halakhic solutions to the emerged problems. As a result, the project was the first to win the tender and receive a building permit in this neighborhood. The project was completed and populated.
Achisemech, Lod: The project was handled by another company and ran into difficulties. In 2017, the Berger Group took over the project, restored it and executed it. The project consists of 14 buildings that include 364 residential units. The project was successfully completed and populated.
Berger in the Wine Park, Zichron Yaakov: A project to construct 224 housing units in Zichron Yaakov. Of these, 158 units are built as part of the Mechir LaMishtaken Program and 66 units for sale in the free market. The project has been completed and populated.

Urban Renewal
BERGER TOWERS, Pat Junction, Jerusalem: A clearing-reconstruction project in which the group demolishes 95 old residential units and builds 392 new units in their place, in addition to 1960 square meters of commercial space. The project is under construction.
Berger on the Park, Jerusalem: A clearing-reconstruction project in which the Group demolishes 72 old residential units and builds 242 new units in their place, in addition to 2,200 square meters of commercial space. The master plan has been validated, approaching permit.
BERGER TOWERS 2, Pat Junction, Jerusalem: A clearing-reconstruction project, which the Group demolishes 92 old residential units and builds 418 new units in their place, in addition to 4,000 square meters of commercial space. The master plan has been validated, permit pending.
BERGER AVENUE, Kiryat Yovel neighborhood, Jerusalem: A clearing-reconstruction project, which the Group demolishes 64 old residential units, and will build 282 new residential unit and 1000 square meters of commerce. The project is in its planning stage, a new master plan is pending.
BERGER VIEW, Kiryat Yovel neighborhood, Jerusalem: A clearing-reconstruction project, which the Group demolishes 24 old residential units and builds 100 new units. The project is in its planning stage, a new master plan is pending.
BERGER GOLD, Kiryat Yovel neighborhood, Jerusalem: A clearing-reconstruction project, which the Group demolishes 34 old residential units and builds 150 new units. The project is in its planning stage, a new master is pending.
BERGER PREMIUM, Gonen neighborhood, Jerusalem: A clearing-reconstruction project, in which the Group demolishes 61 old residential units, and builds 250 new residential units and 800 square meters of commerce. The project is in planning approaching the promotion of a new urban building scheme.
