About Berger Group
Berger Group is a real estate development and initiation group that specializes in building residential units as part of urban renewal projects, “Mechir La’Mishtaken” Program, and as part of real estate development projects that include land acquisition, development and sales of the apartment on the free market. The company was established in 2004 and in its first years of operation was engaged in real estate development and promotion of real estate projects in the urban building schemes. In 2011 the company began to manage purchasing groups and in 2018 it started to operate in field of construction initiation. To date, the company has managed projects and construction of more than 1000 housing units throughout the country. The company has engraved the slogan “living in good company” on its banner, a slogan which expresses the company’s boutique and dedicated service along an uncompromising construction quality.

The company’s Founder and Owner, Avraham Berger, is a veteran real estate developer with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate business. Avraham leads the company to meet all the goals it has set for itself, with determination and strength. The company has 15 staff members divided into 4 divisions: Management and Customer Relations, Marketing and Finance, Engineering Management and Supervision, and Urban Renewal. The staff works tirelessly to promote and execute the projects flawlessly, resulting in the company having a broad and proven portfolio of completed and populated projects with satisfied customers.
Agamim Life, Ashkelon: the project is located in the Agamim neighborhood in Ashkelon and has 7 buildings that include 68 housing units of 4 rooms or more. The project is located next to a unique and spacious green park and has been completed and populated.
Ramat Yerushalaim, Beitar Eilit: A project with 3 buildings that include 28 housing units with a spacious Sukkah balcony for each apartment. The project stands on a mountainside, giving each apartment a spectacular 360-degree view and maximal privacy for each tenant. The project was completed and populated.
Pninat Ha’Reches, Tzur Hadassah: A project located in the Sansen neighborhood in Tzur Hadassah that includes 4 buildings and 10 cottages of 78 housing units in total, each with a sun terrace and adjacent parking. The project combines saturated construction alongside ground-level apartments and is surrounded by an urban environment immersed in greenery and spectacular mountain scenery, the project was completed and populated.
Har Ha’Melech A, Beit Shemesh: The project is located in the Ramat Beit Shemesh C-2 neighborhood and includes 18 housing units with a sun terrace and adjacent parking. The project overlooks a spectacular landscape and is the first in the neighborhood to be successfully completed and populated.
Har Ha’Melech B, Beit Shemesh: This project is located in the Ramat Beit Shemesh C-2 neighborhood as well and has 7 buildings that include 122 residential units with large Sukkah balconies and expansion options. The project was carefully planned while dealing with complex terrain (including burial caves and rocky areas) and finding many architectural and halakhic solutions to the emerged problems. As a result, the project was the first to win the tender and receive a building permit in this neighborhood. The project was completed and populated.
Arevim Le’Diur, Beit Shemesh: Another project in the Ramat Beit Shemesh C-2 neighborhood, in which 4 buildings that include 106 apartments were built. The project was built to a particularly high standard next to a nature reserve and a playground and is located at the top of the mountain with spectacular view.
Achisemech A, Lod: The project was handled by another company and ran into difficulties. In 2017, the Berger Group took over the project, restored it and executed it. The project consists of 8 buildings that include 256 residential units. The project was successfully completed and populated.
Achisemech D, Lod: Another project that was handled by another company and ran into difficulties and was restored by Berger Group. The project includes 6 buildings with 108 residential units and is currently being populated.
Berger in the Wine Park, Zichron Yaakov: A project to construct 224 housing units in Zichron Yaakov. Of these, 158 units are built as part of the Mechir LaMishtaken Program and 66 units for sale in the free market. The project received construction permits and is at the first stages of construction.
Berger Towers, Pat Junction, Jerusalem: A clearing-reconstruction project in which the company demolishes 95 old residential units and builds 380 new units in their place, in addition to 1960 square meters of commercial space. The project’s master plan has been approved and the company is now advancing the detailed construction plans and the relevant permits.
Berger on the Park, Pat Junction, Jerusalem: A clearing-reconstruction project in which the company demolishes 72 old residential units and builds 211 new units in their place, in addition to 1350 square meters of commercial space. The project is currently in the planning stage and a master plan will be soon submitted.
Berger Towers 2, Pat Junction, Jerusalem: A clearing-reconstruction project in which the company demolishes 92 old residential units and builds 285 new units in their place, in addition to 1000 square meters of commercial space. The project is currently in the planning stage and a master plan will be soon submitted.
Berger Midpoint, Gonen B neighborhood, Jerusalem: A clearing-reconstruction project on Rashbag St., in which the company demolishes 28 old residential units and builds 200 new units in their place, in addition to 1400 square meters of commercial space and 6500 square meters of offices.
