Betty Metzer Levi Law Office was established in 2017 by Attorney Betty Metzer Levi.
Attorney Betty Metzer Levi is a veteran lawyer with over 20 years of experience in private and collective labor law, legal representation, and drafting some of the most important collective agreements in the economy. The office specializes in collective labor law, labor law, and labor relations and currently employs five skilled lawyers with extensive experience.
The office’s clients include large and prominent corporations and companies in the economy from various sectors, including the capital market, retail, trade and industry, high-tech, as well as private clients. Areas of Activity
Collective labor law - the office has extensive experience in consulting and accompanying legal procedures undergone y employers and employees, including initial organization, different organizational steps, guidance in negotiations for collective agreements and arrangements, and so forth. Additionally, the office is actively involved in crisis management in collective labor relations, from conflict resolution to formulating settlement strategies, including representing clients in courts and arbitration proceedings.
Representation of workers’ committees and senior employees - the office offers legal support and advice to large workers’ committees in diverse fields, including media, retail, trade, insurance, investments, and others. The office’s vast experience in this field allows it to deeply understand the needs of the workers’ committee and its management while achieving its goals and fostering a winning team environment. The firm also specializes in representing senior employees from their recruitment to retirement or dismissal, handling disciplinary proceedings, and legal disputes.
Representation and guidance for employers - the office has extensive experience in providing ongoing legal advice on labor law and labor relations issues, including drawing up contractual agreements with employees on the individual and collective level, consulting and managing collective disputes, issuing restraining orders, legal support in the day-to-day business activity, managing lawsuits in the labor courts, and more.
Abuse and harassment - Over the years, the firm’s team has handled various issues related to workplace harassment and bullying, providing ongoing legal support and representation to complainants, and offering legal advice to employers in such proceedings.

Attorney Betty Metzer Levi, founder
Attorney Metzer Levi is highly skilled and knowledgeable in collective labor law, workers’ committees and companies, strategic and legal planning for companies, and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions procedures and the regulation of labor relations in these processes. She holds an LL. B degree from the College of Management Law School and completed her internship at the Nahum Feinberg Law Firm, becoming a licensed attorney in 2003. She has held various positions within the National Workers’ Organization, serving in roles such as legal department manager, deputy director of the professional association department, and chairperson of the professional association department. During her tenure, she was involved in significant cases and legislative initiatives in various Knesset committees.
She also accompanied collective negotiations for the largest companies in the economy and led the National Histadrut for economic and professional growth. In 2017, upon her retirement from the National Histadrut, Attorney Metzer Levi established her office specializing in accompanying workers’ councils and representing employers in all aspects of labor law, private companies as well as public organizations. Over the years, she has served as a board member of the National Insurance Institute, a member of the Israeli Association for Labor Relations Research, and a member of the advisory committee to the Minister of Labor for issuing expansion orders. In addition to her ongoing legal practice, she lectures on labor law in various forums.
Attorney Ravit Keren-Rozin, Case Partner
Attorney Keren-Rozin specializes in individual and collective labor law, starting from the initial organization phase, through committee guidance, declaring representation, legal representation in injunctions, and labor disputes. She also deals with collective disputes and disputes between organizations, which are conducted in the labor courts (regional and national), as well as in the Supreme Court.
She holds an LL. B degree in law from the Academic College of Law and Business Administration (with honors) and completed her internship at the legal department of the Ashdod port. She was licensed as a lawyer in 2012 and immediately began working as an attorney at the Eyal Sternberg & Co. Law Firm, specializing in employer representation for three years.
In 2015, she started working as a senior legal advisor in the legal department of the National Histadrut. In this role, she accompanied the largest workers’ councils in the economy and was responsible for collective negotiations while representing the National Histadrut in dozens of collective proceedings and was a partner in innovative rulings in the field of collective labor at the National Labor Court.
Attorney Liat Elzner
Attorney Elzner holds an LL.B. degree in law (2011 with honors) and an LL.M. in business law (2012, with honors), both from the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center. She specialized in commercial litigation at the Weksler Bergman Law Firm and was licensed as an attorney in 2012. From 2013, she worked as an attorney at boutique law firms specializing in labor law representing employers. She joined the firm in 2019.
Attorney Ofir David
Attorney David graduated with an LL. B degree in law at the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center in 2020 and a BA in psychology at the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center in 2020 (with honors). Interned at the law office Asher Khaled & Co., which after merged with S. Horowitz & Co. Law Firm. She joined the firm in 2022.
Attorney Peri Metzer Solomon
Attorney Metzer Solomon holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in marketing, a master’s degree in business administration and information systems, and a bachelor’s degree in law. He graduated with distinction from Ono Academic College, completed his law studies with high distinction, won outstanding work in a cooperative labor law seminar, completed his internship at our firm, and began working as a lawyer. Before specializing, he served in senior positions in the Israeli police traffic department.
Peri is responsible for handling private client matters in the field of labor law, as well as providing ongoing consultation and support in areas related to driver employment conditions and traffic violations.
