What is the most significant move you have recently led?
Over the past year, we refined the group’s UI language and UX mechanisms into a unified experience designed to maximize consistency and efficiency. We introduced a variety of visual solutions for contextual graphs in the framework of advanced data visualization and created a comprehensive agentic language that supports the product strategy of integrating data and AI. We continued to strengthen our design system and product experience through creative, user-centered solutions that deliver tangible value.
In addition, we formed connections with many academic institutions, working in full cooperation and bringing students and interns from Israel and abroad for collaborative work. These significant connections with exceptional talents led to the growth of the product and to the personal and professional development of the participants.
What are the company's significant strengths?
BigID's most significant strength is the right mix of human capital and technology that aims to provide real value to its users. The technology - an extensive AI-powered platform that enables large companies and entities to deeply understand and know the information they have, and manage it in a smart way, and the people - an accurate choice of creative, hungry and highly talented individuals who create teams together, coming to work together out of a desire to innovate and a drive to succeed.
What are the company's main challenges in the coming years?
A major challenge will be to find the correct balance between moving forward at full speed inside the ongoing technological revolution, expanding and investing in new areas, and strengthening and expanding existing capabilities. To keep our processes agile and lean as time passes and the groups grow significantly. An additional challenge will be to attract and retain the right talents in various areas while creating meaningful opportunities for their growth and development within the organization.
What is important to remember during difficult times?
Recent times have presented various challenges. When facing difficulty of any kind, it is important to be patient, to contain while looking ahead and recognizing that it's temporary. Try to learn and grow from complex situations and choose the right people who know how to support, strengthen and rescue in times of crisis.
It is equally important to be aware of your immediate work environment, to identify those in distress, provide support, and be there for them. Offer a helping hand and don’t leave anyone behind.
What are your recommendations for a manager at the beginning of his career?
My advice to a new manager is first and foremost to believe in themselves, to find their center and professional truth, but also to remain open to feedback and criticism, which will undoubtedly lead to growth. Don’t fear opposition, embrace those who think differently, collaborate, and build connections with people from various disciplines who can offer new perspectives and learning opportunities. Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment filled with knowledge, opinions, beliefs, and preferences. Human diversity will lead to smarter and deeper solutions.
Don’t be afraid to break conventions, follow your instincts, and use creative thinking as a tool to find innovative solutions that will bring value and change.

Dance and fine art, everything related to Lego or Japan.
