The group’s founder and managing partner. A real estate initiator with over 20 years of experience. Prior to real estate, Shai Polonsky served in various operational positions at the Prime Minister’s office.

Boulevard Group has currently raised NIS300 million from investors, which are managed under four funds, and initiated projects which accumulate to a NIS200 billion income. The group is currently promoting a fifth fund raise of NIS300 million.
