The Initiator

Shay Polonsky - CEO
Boulevars group’s founder and CEO. A real estate initiator with over 20 years of experience. Prior to real estate, Shai Polonsky served in various operational positions at the Prime Minister’s office.
Mr. Michael (Miki) Zisman, Chairman of the Group, is a real estate entrepreneur and manager with over 30 years of experience in project management in construction and infrastructure. Previously, he served in the Air Force and was discharged with the rank of Colonel.

Financial Fortitude

The company’s entrepreneurship relies on a diverse model which includes the tradition land-acquisition initiation model, combination transaction and Tama projects. Boulevard Group has currently raised NIS300 million from investors, which are managed under four funds, and initiated projects which accumulate to a NIS200 billion income. The group is currently promoting a fifth fund raise of NIS300 million.

Community Service

The group provides economic and moral support for various associations and organizations, including: “Eitan – Everyone Can Do It”, an organization that empowers disabled persons through professional fitness training. All the company’s staff members regularly train in this framework.
“Home by the Sea” is an organization that makes maritime activities accessible to special children (“children with special needs”) and their families, while also establishing communities that provide support beyond the maritime activities themselves.

Environmental Protection
