About Bulthaup Weiss
Bulthaup Weiss is a real estate development company operating in the residential, commercial and employment sectors, with particular expertise in urban renewal projects and “Target Price” residential developments. The company leads complex projects while maintaining precise planning, uncompromising quality and a high design standard.
Financial Strength and Resilience
Behind the company stands a strong and well-established business group, active for more than 25 years and recognized as a leading force in the fields of real estate and investments in Israel. The company’s shareholders include Roni and Yoel Weiss, Ran Presberg, and Avi and Ya’ar Levy.
Weiss Group – owned by Roni and Yoel Weiss, brings extensive business activity in the real estate sector, alongside collaborations with leading companies in the Israeli market and additional significant activities, including the import of electric buses, holdings in the Alliance tire company, a Mifal HaPais franchise, and more.
Bulthaup Investments – specializes in the luxury sector and is known as the importer of Bulthaup kitchens and additional international premium brands, including Boffi, SALVATORI and The Digital Kitchen. This expertise enables the company to implement exceptionally high standards of design, quality and finishing in each of its projects.
Eldea Group – managed by Avi Levy, former CEO of Melisron, and Ya’ar Levy, controlling shareholders of the publicly traded Lahav L.R. Group, which holds public companies, income-producing properties and well-known brands and networks, including Delek Israel, Delek Properties, Prime Energy, Mifaat, Burger King, Zappa and more, alongside extensive real estate activity in Israel and abroad. This combination creates a solid financial backbone, broad accumulated experience and unique business synergy, enabling Bulthaup Weiss to lead large-scale projects while maintaining high financial resilience, even during challenging market conditions.
Company Management
The company is led by Eyal Tishel, who brings significant managerial and entrepreneurial experience in the real estate sector, with an emphasis on leading complex, large-scale urban renewal projects. Throughout his senior roles over the years, he has led strategic processes for the advancement of dozens of evacuation-reconstruction complexes, working closely with municipalities, apartment owners, professional consultants and business partners. Tishel holds degrees in law and business administration, enabling him to combine broad business vision, in-depth legal understanding and the ability to manage complex processes. As CEO of Bulthaup Weiss, he leads the company with an approach that combines financial stability, professionalism, commitment to apartment owners and a high planning and design standard, with the goal of creating quality residential environments and long-term value.
Alongside him operates Yaniv Dayan, the company’s VP of Business Development, a real estate appraiser and holder of a bachelor’s degree in management and economics, who brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate, entrepreneurship and urban renewal, including evacuation-reconstruction and TAMA 38 projects. As part of his role, Dayan leads the company’s business strategy, the identification and initiation of new projects, economic feasibility analyses and the management of complex processes with planning authorities, local municipalities, apartment owners and strategic partners. His professional approach is based on connecting people, listening at eye level, transparency and building long-term trust with apartment owners, who are central partners throughout the process. Together with the company’s team, Tishel and Dayan lead Bulthaup Weiss with a professional, precise and responsible approach, while ensuring a thorough examination of each project, the management of complex processes and the preservation of a high standard throughout all stages of initiation, planning and execution.
Urban Renewal – Clients as Partners Along the Way
Urban renewal is a central pillar of the company’s activity. Bulthaup Weiss views apartment owners as true partners throughout the process and is committed to leading them through every stage until completion - receiving a new and upgraded apartment - with full transparency, close professional guidance and a commitment to integrity.
The company places strong emphasis on a high-quality client experience, alongside meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of planning, design and execution.
Inspiring Living Environments
Bulthaup Weiss strives to create high-quality, carefully designed living environments that combine precise planning, contemporary design and a high level of finishing.
