Founder and Owner – Attorney Carmi Bustanai

Attorney Bustanai is a graduate of Zeitlin High School in Tel Aviv and served in Unit 8200 of the IDF Intelligence Corps. He is a reserve officer with the rank of captain. He earned an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University (1985) and has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1986. He is a member of the Tort Forum of the Tel Aviv District Bar Association and formerly represented the National Insurance Institute. For almost 40 years, he has practiced civil litigation, representing injury victims across all areas of personal injury law, viewing his work as a social mission.

Attorney Omer Bustanai – Second Generation at the Firm

Attorney Omer Bustanai has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2015 and holds an LL.B. and B.A. in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Reichman University in Herzliya, graduating with honors. He interned and worked for two years in a civil-commercial law firm and has been part of the family firm since 2016, managing its most complex cases.

Road Accident resulting in CRPS: A young man developed incurable CRPS after a leg fracture from a road accident. The firm secured a groundbreaking verdict awarding him approximately 8 million NIS, including 850,000 NIS for medical cannabis expenses. This unprecedented compensation was achieved despite challenges such as expert opposition and legal complexities.

A young girl with CP left paralyzed after negligent surgery: The firm’s clients were awarded a total of approximately 5,000,000 NIS in compensation due to a surgical error that resulted in the girl being left paralyzed.

Genetic test error during pregnancy monitoring discovered 20 years after birth: A hospital paid approximately 3,000,000 NIS in compensation after a genetic test conducted during pregnancy was mistakenly recorded as normal. The error was discovered only 20 years later, when the girl born was found to suffer from a genetic syndrome causing short stature.

Young girl left severely disabled after untreated stroke: A client of the firm received approximately 3,000,000 NIS in compensation for a delay in stroke treatment.
