Adv. Shmulik Cassouto, Founding Partner
Adv. Cassouto has 28 years of experience in the legal profession. He specializes in civil-commercial litigation, corporate law, communication law, and class actions. Over the years, he has handled complex litigation cases with significant financial implications before all court instances. He also provides ongoing legal counsel to various commercial clients of the firm, including media entities.
Previously, he was a partner at Dr. Y. Segev & Co. law firm, until his departure in August 2003 to establish his private practice.
He holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University.

Adv. Tal Gutmer, Partner
Adv. Gutmer has 19 years of experience in the legal profession and specializes in civil-commercial litigation. She handles complex litigation cases across a wide range of subjects, including contract law, corporate law, torts, defamation, privacy protection, and court appearances.
She holds a B.A. in Business Administration and an LL.B. (cum laude) from Reichman University (formerly IDC Herzliya).

Adv. Ronen Buch, Partner
Adv. Buch has 17 years of experience in the legal profession and specializes in managing complex, large-scale civil-commercial litigation cases. His expertise includes corporate law and shareholder disputes, contract law, banking, bankruptcies and liquidations, and complex insolvency proceedings. He also has experience working on international cases in cooperation with leading foreign law firms.
He holds an LL.B. and a B.A. in Business Administration, as well as an LL.M. from Tel Aviv University

Adv. Mirit Shalev, Partner
Adv. Shalev has 18 years of experience in the legal profession and specializes in both civil-commercial litigation and administrative litigation. Her practice covers a variety of legal areas including contract law, corporate and company law, defamation, and class actions.
She holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University.

Adv. Bella Peled, Partner
Adv. Peled has 16 years of experience in the legal profession and specializes in managing complex civil-commercial litigation cases. She began her career as a military prosecutor and later served as a lawyer in the Counsel and Legislation Department of the Military Advocate General’s Office.
She subsequently worked in the Legal Department of Keren Kayemeth LeIsrael (KKL), and later joined Cassouto & Co. She was appointed partner in January 2021.
She holds an LL.B. (cum laude) from Bar-Ilan University and an LL.M. from Tel Aviv University.

Adv. Shahar Capusha, Partner
Adv. Capusha has 11 years of experience in the legal profession and specializes in managing complex, large-scale civil-commercial litigation cases. His areas of practice include corporate law and shareholder disputes, contract law, class actions and derivative actions, among others.
He also has experience working on international cases in collaboration with leading foreign law firms.
He holds an LL.B. (magna cum laude, Dean’s List) from the College of Management, a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Haifa, and is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
