What is the most significant initiative you have led recently?
I have led large-scale urban renewal transactions and advised on complex infrastructure and real estate projects across Israel, developing precedent-setting legal and planning solutions that address the challenges of the current period and the country’s evolving security and economic landscape.

The firm’s unique strength lies in the combination of pioneering expertise in real estate, planning and construction, and urban renewal, together with a comprehensive, holistic legal offering of the highest standard — ranging from planning and business advisory, through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), to litigation and the resolution of complex disputes.
What key initiatives have been undertaken recently that will strengthen the firm in the coming years?
We have expanded our urban renewal and infrastructure practices, deepened our legal advisory services to local authorities, developers, and leading purchasing groups, and integrated advanced technologies and innovative work practices designed to accelerate planning and judicial proceedings for our clients.
What are the firm’s key challenges in the coming years?
Successfully navigating and leading in an evolving regulatory and economic environment, including challenging interest-rate conditions, while providing a rapid and professional response to Israel’s pressing national need to accelerate the protection of residential housing through expedited urban renewal.
What is your advice to a manager at the beginning of their career?
Set a clear vision and pursue it consistently. Master the professional details without compromise. Do not shy away from challenges or initial complexity, and always remember that behind every case, project, or transaction are people.
What is important to remember during difficult times?
