After completing the move into its new offices, CBA – Charcon, Ben Ami, Asher & Co. is working to enlarge its areas of activity in the field of planning and construction to field of financing complex projects and municipal taxation, as well as a departmental reorganization in line with the firm's broader volume of activities.

A good lawyer must know that at the start of every process, he must make the time for strategic thinking and forming an appropriate vision. Every strategic process must be measured according to future targets and real-time feedback in order to enable the organization to become more efficient, while still on the move.
