Coral Group, established in 2012, provides comprehensive, high-standard solutions for the real estate development and construction industry. With a forward-thinking approach, the group integrates residential, industrial, and logistics construction, urban renewal initiatives, and a foreign workforce company employing 350 workers across its projects.
Today, Coral Group is building approximately 600 residential units across Israel, advancing urban renewal plans totaling around 1,000 new apartments, and developing industrial facilities nationwide.

The Group’s Executive Management
Almog Haim Abutbul, Founder and CEO - began his journey in the construction and real estate industry over a decade ago when he founded Coral Group. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, he has since gained deep insight into the unmet needs and challenges of Israel’s housing and construction sectors. Almog is committed to realizing the group’s vision—building a skilled, professional team that delivers engineered, innovative, and safe construction at the highest standards, while creating real value and a positive experience for clients and homeowners.
He holds an LL.B. from Ono Academic College, is a licensed realtor, and is a graduate of both the Real Estate Center’s Investments and Business Campus and the Construction Project Managers Course.
Avishai Gozlan, Joint CEO & Strategic Consultant - has been an integral part of Coral Group since its inception, playing a key role in its growth and development. He serves as a strategic advisor and “door opener,” identifying new opportunities while enhancing and streamlining the group’s operations and business processes. Avishai is instrumental in forging the company’s major partnerships and strategic collaborations.
Before joining Coral Group, he spent over a decade founding, managing, and consulting for companies in management and placement, marketing, procurement, and team training. His experience also includes strategic consulting on mergers and land acquisition transactions. He holds a B.A. in Political Science, Government, International Relations, and Human Resources.
Stas Abramov, VP, Urban Renewal and Development-Stas oversees three key pillars of Coral Group’s business development: marketing and sales operations, customer and resident relations, and the advancement of urban renewal projects—from concept to permit. Prior to joining the group, he led sales organizations for major public companies such as Samsung Israel and Electra. Stas holds a B.A. in Real Estate, Urban Planning, and Appraisal from Bar-Ilan University.
Guy Khavia, CPA, MBA,CFO - Guy brings over 15 years of experience as a CFO and director in publicly traded companies in Israel and abroad. He specializes in leading M&A transactions, capital and debt fundraising, and managing complex financial structures in global environments. As CFO of Coral Group, Guy plays a vital role in strengthening the group’s financial foundation, overseeing reporting and control processes, and supporting its rapid growth with robust financial leadership.
