Among others, they represented the controlling shareholder of Tnuva (Brightfood) in a dispute with the moshavim and kibbutzim holding shares in Tnuva; Kerur Holdings, controlled by Shlomo Rodav and Roni Gat, in a claim against Clal Industries concerning the rights in Yafora Tavori; the family members of the late Eliezer Fishman in the country’s largest bankruptcy proceeding; and Ellomay-Luzon in a derivative action against shareholders in the Dorad power station, Edeltech and Zorlu, which ended in a payment of approximately ILS 500 million.
