About Davidi Real Estate

Davidi Real Estate Development (“Les boulevards Davidi-Tidhar Ltd.”)
Davidi Real Estate Development is a pioneering real estate company, founded over two decades ago by Brigadier General (Res.) Nehemia Davidi. The company specializes in large-scale planning and development projects, the revitalization of underutilized land, and the construction of residential complexes in central cities across Israel.

Nehemia Davidi, formerly Responsible for personnel planning and order of battle in the IDF and later Deputy CEO of Hachsharat HaYeshuv, turned his lifelong vision of “building the country” into reality through real estate development. Today, he is recognized as an authority in strategic real estate planning, with extensive expertise in complex projects, long-term urban vision, and a people-first philosophy. These values have become the foundation of the company’s consistent success and the added value it delivers to its customers and partners.

Flagship Project: Les boulevards Davidi-Tidhar , Tel Aviv

The company’s flagship initiative, Les boulevards Davidi-Tidhar Tel Aviv Ltd., is one of the most significant urban renewal projects in the Yad Eliyahu neighborhood. Executed by Tidhar, the project will deliver 420 new residential units across seven 10–17 story buildings, along with five landscaped gardens. The development covers approximately 45,000 sq.m. above ground and 27,000 sq.m. below ground, combining advanced planning with modern living.
Designed to reflect the energy and vibrancy of Tel Aviv’s boulevards, the project offers residents the dual experience of city life and a true sense of home. With 70 distinct apartment types—ranging from two-bedroom homes to spacious penthouses—residents enjoy privacy through layouts of just 2–3 apartments per floor and balconies overlooking gardens rather than neighboring apartments.

The project, designed by Prof. David Guggenheim and Omer Rabin Architects, has won architectural awards for seamlessly linking the neighborhood’s character with a forward-looking vision for the next century. Once complete, the area will feature green boulevards, community spaces, bike lanes, and modern amenities such as a gym, all integrated with the city’s main routes and close to employment, education, and leisure centers. High construction standards and unique design ensure a superior quality of life, creating both a community and a home in the heart of Tel Aviv.
