Yehoshua Pex, Founding Partner
Adv. Pex specializes in immigration to Israel, foreign passports, Administrative Law, and Labor Law. Additionally, he provides legal advice for NPOs. He began his professional career in the international department of Yehuda Raveh Law Office in Jerusalem. After setting out independently in 2012, he established his own firms with respect legal experts as partners. Adv. Pex holds several public positions, including Chairman of the Property Tax Appeal Committee of the Tamar Area Council (Dead Sea). Chairman of the Immigration and Foreigners Committee of the Jerusalem Bar Association and a board member of the Freedom Foundation NPO for assistance to victims of human trafficking. He holds a LL.M. from Haifa University and an additional BA in Education and Pedagogy, which he completed with honors. During his studies, he focused on human rights and minority rights and accumulated extensive knowledge of International Law, Constitutional Law, and Administrative Law.
Michael Decker, Founding Partner
Adv. Decker specializes in foreign passports, Commercial Law, immigration to Israel, NPOs, Administrative Law (with an emphasis on property tax issues), Inheritance and Corporate Law. He has extensive experience in civil litigation in all courts of law, including the Supreme Court. As a litigator, he promoted several petitions that led to a change in Israeli legislation. Adv. Decker served for nearly a decade as a partner in the Yehuda Raveh Law office in Jerusalem and then as an office owner and a founding partner at the Decker Pex Levi Law Offices. Adv. Decker serves as a legal advisor to several companies in the fields of high-tech and tourism, and holds a seat on the board of directors of several associations voluntarily. In addition, he was a founding partner of the Israeli Association for Democracy and Justice to fight anti-Semitism internationally and protect minority groups and religious freedom in Israel.
Anat Levi, Managing Partner
Adv. Levi specializes in Family Law, is certified as a mediator, is authorized to draw up a Durable Power of Attorney and has extensive experience drafting agreements in the Family Law field, including divorce agreements, financial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and parenting agreements. Adv. Levi is well-versed in litigation before the family courts in matters involving inheritance disputes, estate management, divorce proceedings, etc.
Adv. Levi is responsible for managing the office staff and team of lawyers.
She has an additional BA in Special Education, which she completed with honors. During her studies, she participated in intensive courses in psychology for exceptional students, a passion that has always been part of her personality and later helped her decide to practice Family Law and mediation, a field in which the psychological component is integral to the legal component.
