Adv. and Notary Yehiel Divon, Co-Owner

Adv. and Notary Yehiel Divon specializes in representing clients in complex real estate transactions in the residential and yielding properties segments. He has vast experience in accompanying urban renewal projects (Tama 38 and Pinui-Binui), asset-swap (“combination”) transactions, purchasing groups and registration of multioccupancy houses. He also has expertise in litigation in real estate cases, real estate taxation, and tax consulting and planning in complex real estate transactions, and representation before the tax authorities. By education, he has a first degree in computer science, business administration and law (cum laude). He serves as V. Chairperson of the Land Taxation Committee, Tel Aviv District and member of the Taxation Committee of the Israel Bar Association.

Adv. Roni Glick, Co-Owner

Adv. Roni Glick specializes in representing clients in real estate transactions of all types including urban renewal projects (Tama 38 and Pinui-Binui), asset-swap (“combination”) transactions. He has longstanding experience in tax planning and consulting with a strategic view of complex real estate transactions, including providing opinions, reports assessments and tax authority sessions.  He serves as V. Chairperson of the National Land Taxation Committee, and V. Chairperson of the Urban Renewal Committee, Tel Aviv District of the Israel Bar Association. In the framework of his vast experience and expertise in real estate taxation, Adv. Glick lectures and hosts panels in the Israel Bar Association on this topic. In addition, Adv. Glick serves as a lecturer on real estate taxation in academic institutions. By education he has an LL.B. (cum laude).

Practice Areas

Tama 38/Pinui-Binui - The firm’s team has been accompanying numerous urban renewal projects, including in all of the formats of the Tama 38 program and the Pinui-Binui program, in large scales. In such projects, it is very important to plan the transaction already during the initial stages of the contract between the residents and the developer, through the filing of the required plans, obtaining construction permits, contracting with the financing entities, and the execution of the construction and up to delivery of the new apartments to the residents and their registration in the various registrars. The firm’s team provides a comprehensive umbrella of services to the clients, with fast and professional responses throughout the entire process. The timeframe for the completion of Pinui-Binui projects is long and relatively complex and the firm has extensive experience in accompanying such projects from start to finish.

Combination Transactions - The firm’s team has been accompanying for many years combination (equity-for-construction) transactions which are customary in the Israeli real estate market. The firm has vast experience which enables it to build the transaction correctly and wisely, from both the business and the tax planning aspects, in order to maximize the profit and the economic feasibility for all of the parties.

Planning and Zoning - The firm’s team specializes in managing the planning and zoning proceedings vis-à-vis the planning and permits authorities and also in managing appeal proceedings on the authorities decisions in the various appeal committees.

Real Estate Taxation - Proper tax planning of a real estate transaction is a crucial factor in the transaction’s feasibility, and accordingly it is very important to plan the deal structure form a broad and creative strategic perspective already in the early stages.
