Dr. Toledano serves as a Senior Physician in the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Unit at Helen Schneider Hospital for Women, Rabin Medical Center, and as National Director of Diabetes and Endocrinology at Meuhedet Health Services. In these roles, he leads clinical initiatives while promoting the implementation of advanced diabetes technologies, including insulin pump therapy and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems.
Dr. Toledano earned his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, in collaboration with Hadassah Medical Center. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Meir Medical Center, followed by fellowship training in Endocrinology and Diabetes at Hillel Yaffe Medical Center.
