The Dream Israel Group was founded in 2006 by the Israeli-French entrepreneur Eitan Uri, who has about 30 years of experience in developing and marketing real estate properties in Europe and in Israel. Following his immigration to Israel, Eitan served as Foreign Residents Marketing Manager of the real estate group “Y. H. Dimri”. Dream Israel is active in the development of real estate and the management and supervision of urban renewal projects in the Tama 38 and Pinui-Binui channels, and is has built hundreds of new apartments at the highest levels of quality. Currently, the company is at various stages of the promotion and execution of 400 new apartments. The group operates across Israel and among other locations, it has built in Haifa, Netanya, Ra’anana, Jerusalem, Ramat Gan, Tel Aviv, Rishon LeZion, Bat Yam and Ashdod. The Group Structure

Dream Israel is a holding company that brings together about 20 project subsidiaries, each responsible for several projects. The company has a sister company called “Dream Management and Supervision” which is responsible for managing and supervising all of the group’s projects. The group is proud of its ability to provide warm and personal attention to each and every one of its customers and apartment buyers. In light of its success, it was joined in 2015 by a private investors group from France and the U.S., in a move that enables it to initiate projects of any economic scale.

“Dream” Management and Supervision

“Dream” Management and Supervision is the entity which is exclusively responsible for executing the ongoing management of all of Dream Israel Group’s projects. This comprehensive management covers all of the construction stages, from preliminary checks, generation of feasibility reports for the project, budget and cash flow management and management of the matrix of planners of consultants, through representation in the various committees, promotion vis-à-vis authorities and engineering checks, up to the planning coordination, management of the contractor tenders (primary contractors and subcontractors) and construction supervision. Dream Management and Supervision employs top professionals, including project managers, architects, a construction supervisor, a marketing manager, a financial consultant, an office manager and more. It also manages the activities of hundreds of external consultants, from the top of their respective fields, for its projects. In fact, the company provides an umbrella of services for each project of Dream Israel and its project managers are present in the worksites every day, providing an immediate professional solution for any problem that arises in the field. The company is headed by its founding partners Eitan Uri – the Owner of Dream Israel, and Lirak Sorek – a seasoned and renowned real estate entrepreneur. Liran started his professional career in the Hi-Tech industry, and afterwards switched to the real estate industry with the aim of transforming this conservative industry. And indeed, under his management, the company implements innovative and advanced work methods the streamline the planning and execution processes with strict compliance with the preset schedules and budgets. Liran has more than 15 years of experience in project initiation and execution, construction management and supervision, and over the years he served as co-partner in development and finance companies – K.A.L. Sky and Earth Finance (nowadays partner-director) – a non-bank finance company in the urban renewal field that financially accompanies projects and developers during the permits and construction process; The Division for Exercising Real Estate Rights – (currently a partner) A construction and development company which is known commercially as “The Tama 38 Execution Company”. The company was founded by Liran Shorek and has been development and building projects and active in the real estate market since 2007.
