What is a significant move you have recently made?
The reform of the disciplinary laws in the real estate brokerage industry, the initiation of legislative procedures regulating the rules of ethics for brokers, the amendment of the law and the proposal of punishment mechanisms for those who violate the law.
What are the significant strengths of the company to you?
Our team is comprised of lawyers from the law enforcement system, Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office, Jerusalem District Attorney's Office, and the General Security Service. We know the system inside out, the procedures, the rules, the tricks, and the weaknesses. When we manage a case in front of the prosecuting bodies, it is difficult to hide from us what happens in chambers, and what are the feelings, concerns and weaknesses of the case from the prosecution point of view.
What are the central moves that were recently made, and would lead to the company's strengthening in the years to come?
Moving to the company's new offices in the luxurious BSR City complex will allow the company to expand and deepen legal excellence for the firm's clients.
What are the main challenges of the company in the next few years?
The continuation of gradual and safe growth in a market saturated with upheavals, wars and epidemics that stop the economy every few months.
What are your recommendations for a manager at the beginning of his career?
As the head of the system, the responsibility is always yours. Surround yourself with executives, assistants and employees you can rely on, and delegate authority and responsibility. However, always stay in the picture. The responsibility is always yours!
What is important to remember even during hardships?
You didn't get where you are because you broke down in hard times.
