During his 30 years of activity, Adv. Eldad managed the State Attorney’s Office’s Financial Crime Department, which is entrusted with handling the country’s most prominent white-collar cases. At the same time, Adv. Peretz was one of the department’s most outstanding lawyers. In 2021, Advocates Eldad and Peretz left the department and established their own firm, enabling them to provide top-tier services in their areas of expertise, while utilizing their professional experience and accumulated knowledge.

Alongside their legal work, they lecture in academic institutions and are frequently invited to share their expertise in both printed and electronic media. Advocates Eldad and Peretz extensive litigation experience, including strategic case planning, written and oral advocacy, and cross-examination of witnesses, has earned them an outstanding reputation and positioned them at the forefront of their field. Adv. Dan Eldad
Adv. Dan Eldad served in the State Attorney’s Office for nearly three decades. In his last role, he headed the Financial Department, where he oversaw some of the country’s most sensitive investigations into corruption and fraud. He also held the position of Acting State Attorney. Adv. Eldad completed his legal internship at both the State Attorney’s Office and the Supreme Court for Justice Aharon Barak, who later became President of the Supreme Court. He also served as an assistant to Justice Elyakim Rubinstein during his tenure as Attorney General.
Adv. Dan Eldad has litigated cases across all areas of law, including landmark rulings handed down by the Supreme Court in matters in which he appeared. He is recognized as an expert in disciplinary law, having led such cases at the State Attorney’s Office for 15 years. In addition, he served for eight years as a member of the Jerusalem District Disciplinary Court of the Israel Bar Association. Furthermore, he served as a member of the Disciplinary Court for Doctors and Medical Professionals at the Ministry of Health.
He holds an LL.B. and an LL.M. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Adv. Eldad is a graduate of several prestigious training programs, including a Directors and Senior Officers course in Corporations (Lahav - Tel Aviv University) and an ethics training program at the Ethics Center in Mishkenot Sha’ananim, and was also part of the team that drafted the Code of Ethics for State’s Attorney’s office. Following the events of October 7th, 2023, Adv. Eldad served as co-head of the legal division within the Hostages and Missing Families Forum.
He served in the IDF reserves as an intelligence officer with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and currently serves in the Military Legal Defense Office.
Adv. Moshiko (Moshe) Peretz
Adv. Peretz served in the Economic Crime Department of the State Attorney’s Office, a unit specializing in the most complex and high-stakes financial offenses. As a prominent litigator, he enjoys strong reputation in his areas of expertise.
With extensive experience in the business sector, Adv. Peretz regularly represents senior business figures and is deeply familiar with the intricacies of the commercial world. Adv. Peretz ability to integrate legal acumen with business insight enables him to effectively advance his clients’ broader interests. He brings a distinctive strength in crisis resolution, offering creative and unconventional solutions tailored to complex situations. During his tenure at the State Attorney’s Office, Adv. Peretz acquired extensive knowledge and experience in handling high-profile cases involving governmental corruption, complex fraud, international crime, and large-scale money laundering. His work also encompassed matters related to national security, financial offenses, and corruption within the defense establishment and intelligence community. Adv. Peretz holds the highest level of security clearance necessary for the handling of classified matters, enabling him to continue engaging with highly sensitive legal issues. He also specializes in real estate law, with a particular focus on civil and criminal proceedings pertaining to planning and building regulations. Adv. Peretz has worked closely for many years with investigators from Lahav 433, Israel’s elite police unit, in some of the country’s most sensitive investigations.

In the IDF reserves, Adv. Peretz serves in the training and advisory framework of the elite unit in which he served as a combat soldier and serves in the Military Defense Office.
