Eptron Development Ltd. is a longstanding construction contracting company which has a C5 (Unlimited) classification in the Contrators Regisrar. The company has expertise in the full range of construction works and it focuses on the construction of commercial centers, office buildings, industrial factories, logistics centers, hotels, old age homes, academic colleges, shopping malls, wineries, swimming pools and public institutes such as schools and kindergartens. In its capacity as a contracting company, Eptron is responsible for the execution of all of the projects’ components, including steel frame and concrete works, electrical systems, HVAC, landline communications, all of the finishing works, water and sewage systems and also road infrastructures and parking spaces. Alongside these main operations, Eptron also has a secondary operation of seismic reinforcement for schools. The company was founded in 2004 and is headed by its CEO Noam Pick.

Eptron is a recognized and official supplier of the public sector and among other roles, it is the the awarded contractor of the Haifa Bay Authorieis Cluster – a special city union that includes the cities of Tirat HaCarmel, Yokne’m, Kiryat Ata, Kiryat Bialik, Kiryat Motzkin, Nesher, Shfar’am, Tamra, and the local councils of Kiryat Tivon, Rehasim, Ibillin, Bir El Maksur, Daliyat El Carmel, Isfia, Kabul and Bosmat Tivon and the Zvulun Regional Council. These contracting operations, alongside with diverse projects for private developers, have turned the company into one of northern Israel leading and dominant construction execution players.

Tiberias – 4-story building for the National Insurance Institute, with about 4,000 sq.m. of underground parking spaces and 4,000 sq.m. of office spaces.

Kiryat Bialik – Building a new wing in the Kiryon Mall. The construction included about 2,500 sq.m. of commerce areas and about 7,500 sq.m. of underground parking.

Dalton Industrial Zone – Building the production chambers and visiting center of a winery, on an overall area of about 10,000 sq.m.

Dalton Industrial Zone – A 20-meter-high logistics center with about 2,000 sq.m. of built areas and 2,000 sq.m. of peripheral development.

Dalton Industrial Zone – Building a logistics center / factory with about 10,000 sq.m. of built area and 15,000 sq.m. of developed areas.

Tel Aviv University – steel frame and construction works for building the Azrieli Architecture School Building with an area of more than 10,000 sq.m.

Dubek, Safed – Adding two floors, steel construction addition, including reinforcement, total area of about 3,500 sq.m.
