About Erev Ironi
Erev Ironi is a growing real estate development company specializing in urban renewal in the center of the country, mainly in Tel Aviv and its surroundings.
The company was founded in 2019 by Itay Kaizerman and Daniel Zilberman, experienced real estate developers who have managed dozens of projects over the years, some of them complex and wide-ranging, from the preliminary planning stages and the first meetings to the completion of the execution and handing over the keys to satisfied tenants.
Currently, the company is promoting about 12 different projects in the Tama 38 and Pinui-Binui tracks, some of them are after receiving a building permit and are about to be executed. The professionalism, rich experience and accumulated knowledge in managing large-scale real estate projects constitutes the company’s greatest added value and the reasons for its accelerated growth.
Financial Strength Alongside Identifying Opportunities
Erev Ironi enjoys solid financial backing thanks to a strong group of private investors that has been accompanying it for a long time and gives it the stability to act carefully and responsibly. As a result, the company meets all of its obligations to apartment owners who enjoy peace of mind and mental tranquility throughout the life of the project. The company specializes in identifying high-potential real estate opportunities and selects its projects very carefully.
The Company’s Founders
Itay Kaizerman, Founder and CEO – Itay is a real estate entrepreneur who “lives Tel Aviv”. He has 12 years of experience in urban renewal, among other things, as the manager of the urban renewal and business development departments in leading real estate companies.
Itay knows how to take ideas and turn them into reality. He combines his love for architecture and buildings with natural curiosity and a love for nature and the desert, that introduces layers of creativity and thought to the small details that make the project and the new apartment a pleasant home to live in.
Daniel Zilberman, Founder and VP Business Development – Daniel leads the business development field and the finance field in the company. By training, he is an accountant with extensive experience in the financial world in the field of real estate and prior to the establishment of the company he served as an auditor of public real estate companies and accompanied them, among other things, in the process of IPOs on the stock exchange.
The combination of a deep financial understanding, a great love for the field of real estate and a broad business vision allows him to bring an added value to the projects and to the company’s financial conduct. Beyond all this, Daniel is a man of people, a person endowed with high interpersonal communication skills, one of the most important features in the field of urban renewal.
Much More Than the Construction Itself
“Erev Ironi” is Nathan Alterman’s poem depicting Tel Aviv at sunset. The name of the company was given to her, among other things, as a reference to this poem, that expresses the company’s desire to not only engage in building the country, a blessed goal in itself, but also to address in every project the community, culture and history, both local and national.
On the basis of this work concept, in the projects there is a great emphasis on social, green and environmental thinking and community building. Thus, by getting down to the smallest details, both in the exterior architecture and in the interior specifications, it makes each of the company’s projects unique, high-quality and matches the nature of the area in which the project is being built.
