Eyalon Urban Renewal is a young and dynamic real estate development and initiation group that specializes in initiating urban renewal (Pinui-Binui and Tama 38 demolition and reconstruction), real estate development and asset-swap (“combination”) transactions. The group was founded in 2023 by the two experienced developers CPA Eyal Tayeb and Alon Goldfiez, who have a track record of numerous successful projects. Goldfiez has seven years of experience in the field and was responsible for innovative sales and marketing initiatives that led to the planning and sale of more than 20,000 apartments across Israel.

Eyal Tayeb is the driving force behind the company’s financial and managerial strategy. Eyal has 9 years of experience in the industry, during which he managed and promoted projects with hundreds of apartments in Israel, creating optimal solutions for the projects’ financial requirements and for promoting their planning proceedings and completing them successfully. The company has a high financial strength owing to its strategic cooperation with the financing fund Barak Real Estate which provides a finance umbrella for all of the company’s needs. Currently, the group is promoting 7 different projects and its owners define it as an urban renewal elite unit which pushes forward while overcoming all of the obstacles in its path.

Innovation Urban Renewal

In parallel to their work in Eyalon Urban Renewal, Tayeb and Goldfiez are also active in urban renewal initiation through the company Innovation Urban Renewal which they own. This company was founded in early 2020 and it cooperates with the best professionals in the real estate industry including first-class architects, engineers, appraisers, lawyers and economists with vast experience in urban renewal. The owners of Innovation Urban Renewal are businessman with proven capabilities, and its managers has decades of cumulative experience in the real estate field, and in particular in the Pinui-Binui segment, with about 22 separate projects.

In the framework of their operations in the two different companies, Ayalon Urban Renewal and Innovation Urban Renewal, Tayeb and Goldfiez are promoting about 22 different projects, at various stages of planning and execution. The projects are located across Israel, including in the cities of Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Beit Shemesh, Akko, Kiryat Ata, Holon, Bat Yam, Herzliya, Rehovot and Rishon LeZion. In addition, about 8 different projects were delivered and populated in the framework of previous operations of Goldfiez and Tayeb.
