Selected Projects

Sela Beitar, Hadera – A large-scale urban renewal project promoted by the Group in partnership with Dan Real Estate and Rothstein. The project includes the demolition of 190 existing residential units and the construction of 1,452 new residential units, alongside approximately 26,000 sq.m. of commercial space.

Rambam Complex, Hadera – An urban renewal project involving the demolition of 186 existing residential units and the construction of 935 new residential units, in addition to 5,000 sq.m. of commercial space and 5,000 sq.m. of office space. The project is located in the city center within a block bounded by the city’s main streets.

Nesher Quarry – A mixed-use development project in Nesher, comprising a tower that combines medical facilities and student housing.

31-37 Gordon, Netanya – An urban renewal project promoted by the Group in partnership with Mishab. The project includes the demolition of 57 existing residential units and the construction of 171 new residential units.

Agron, Petah Tikva – An urban renewal project advanced under the Shaked Alternative framework, involving the demolition of 32 existing residential units and the construction of 96 new residential units.

Antigonus, Tel Aviv – A boutique project in District 4 promoted under the TAMA 38/2 framework. The project includes the demolition of a 17-unit residential building and the construction of a new building comprising 21 residential units.
