Freiron is a pioneering company specializing in real estate development and investments, focusing on prestigious residential projects, most of which are located along the Ashkelon coastline. Feriron is a subsidiary of the COPADIS Group, a French company fully controlled by Mr. Robert Harroch. It invests in real estate, buildings, event venues, income-generating properties, and urban renewal in Paris and its suburbs.

Vision: Ashkelon – The Resort City

Feriron was founded in 1994 by Mr. Robert Harroch, a native of Ashkelon who resides in Paris. In 1994, Robert purchased three plots in Ashkelon’s marina, initiating his vision to transform Ashkelon into Israel’s resort and tourism city. Feriron marketed Ashkelon, the marina, and its projects worldwide, contributing to the influx of investors and French immigrants to Israel.

The “Royal Marina” was the first project built along the Ashkelon coastline. Its success inspired subsequent projects, including a resort residential complex of three boutique buildings on the first line to the sea. Feriron brought European flair, classic design, and high standards to the company’s projects. Even 30 years after their establishment, the company’s projects in Ashkelon are considered unique within the Ashkelon marina landscape.

A Family-Owned Company Focused on Clients

Over the years, the company has operated as a family business, benefiting from its focus on clients and buyers, offering personalized service, and considering client needs. Feriron offers apartments for clients living abroad, mostly in France, England, the United States, and other cities in Israel, who wish to invest in Ashkelon for vacations and holidays. Feriron tailors each apartment to its client’s needs to create their dream home where their families can enjoy vacations during Jewish holidays. The company fosters community within its projects, such as establishing resident clubs, synagogues, and event halls.

Luxury Apartments for Vacation and Living

Feriron specializes in projects in Ashkelon that provide hotel standards and luxury apartments for vacation and living. The new project, Feriron ELITE, includes 205 units, while the Royal Marina Tower offers 190 residential units, totaling 395 apartments.

The projects feature unique architecture and a prime location along the Ashkelon coastline, with direct access to the beach. Feriron also operates in other areas through subsidiaries. Royal Marina is responsible for building maintenance and specializes in luxury towers; Ron Kol handles project procurement and management; and Royal Ashkelon is a property management and real estate transactions company. These companies provide post-purchase services to Feriron clients, enhancing their investments and ensuring smooth property management.

Feriron ELITE project, based on the “Living on Vacation” - SEA LIFE STYLE concept, is nearing completion and is expected to be delivered in 2024. The luxury residential tower comprises 21 floors with 205 units, most of which enjoy sea views. The project is a twin building to the Royal Marina Tower, built in 2007 adjacent to it, with significant updates in specifications, apartment layouts, and architectural design, and an increased number of 4- and 5-room apartments. The mix includes spacious 150 sqm apartments with large balconies, catering to large families, alongside 3-room apartments of 70 sqm.

The project offers a gym, swimming pool, sunbathing area, treatment rooms, a synagogue, women’s and men’s mikvehs, an event and conference hall, and a meeting room. The lobby includes a commercial area and offices. The company has promoted an environmental quality pilot in collaboration with Ashkelon Municipality.

Feriron recently acquired three residential plots in the prime “City of Wine” neighborhood. The project, including 340 residential and commercial units, is located at the neighborhood entrance, adjacent to a park that is set to become the city’s new gem.

Community Contribution

15 years ago Feriron established a charity for the local community in Ashkelon, maintaining a synagogue, mikveh, and event hall, and contributing to various communities and charities. The company participates in activities for the IDF, donates advanced combat equipment to commando soldiers, and provides an annual budget to the Barzilai Hospital in Ashkelon.
