Anava Dreams – in the new neighbourhood of Moreshet in Modi’in, a unique upscale project on Anava Park, with a direct path leading down to the promenade. 28 units, from spacious 5-room apartments, through 5 and 7 room garden apartments with a private pool, huge full-floor penthouses with a jacuzzi and a spectacular view and 7-room villas with private pools. The project offers a lavish technical spec, attentive architectural design and planning and a very high construction level.
Nofei HaShfela – Gan Yavne – a project east of Ashdod and north of Yavne, at the heart of Gan Yavne with a serene green view. A Tama 38/1 (seismic retrofitting and expansion) project with 42 apartments added to 3 buildings, including a wide variety of 3-5-room apartments, penthouses and garden apartments.
Neot Mordechai, Eli – a mountainside neighborhood with a spectacular view, located at the heart of the lower town. The project includes five 6-storey buildings with 10 apartments each. The apartment mix is diverse, with including 4-7-room apartments (parent unit and guest rooms in the larger apartments), garden apartments and duplexes.

Zechariah HaNavi St., Modi’in – a project with 72 apartments.
Neriah Synagogue – a 1,300 sq.m. project in Neriah, Binyamin, including architectural changes, subdivision to prayer and study areas, and customizing the building to the local population’s needs.
